"I AM THE ANTICHRIST, THOR THE THUNDER GOD, AND I WILL PERSONALLY FUCKING DEMOLISH THAT FUCKING KHABA IN THE NAME OF THE TRUE NAME OF GOD WITH MY SLEDGEHAMMER, MJOELNER, TO CELEBRATE MY 40th FUCKING BIRTHDAY !!" - youtube - watch?v=bHIpzGGOcUs - "ALLAHU AKBAR !!"
WARNING: THE CALCULATION FOR THE VERSE IN SURAH AL IMRAN IS WRONG! This is the right calculation: verse number (96) divided by chapter number (3) gives 32.
32 divided by the golden mean is 19.7775.... Rounded up this number is 20 which is the number of letters between the beginning of the verse and the word Mecca. Thumbs up so everyone can see.
Does it mean something if this is the first time I'm watching this and as he says the numbers 1.618 I see the same number in views in the video on the left related videos!?!!?!!!!
how can the ration of southpole-mecca & northpole-mecca be same as southpole-mecca & northpole-southpole?what rubbish! clearly numerators are same but denominators are different...how can ratio be same?
TO EVERYONE..this video is misleading and doesn't represent Islam in any way.. he who has made this video thinks we (Muslims) are gullible sheep and advertises us that way.. well.. the latitude thing is true for ANY spot on earth..second..the number of letters is WRONG..and third..IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER WHERE MECCA IS LOCATED!! AS A MUSLIM I COULDN'T CARE LESS.. people won't stop making misleading videos.. but I hope you people use your mind to judge it..specially non-Muslims. Thank you.
As to Mecca being in the Golden Ratio point of the World, you may be right as to its latitude, because the Earth's poles are given points. As to its longitude you are totally wrong, because a point on any logitude can be on a Golden Ratio point, depending on where you take the reference longitude - Greenwhich for example?
@Thermospecialist you're right.. that's exactly what I had in mind.. those people who made this video doesn't represent Islam in any way.. I am Muslim and I speak Arabic.. I counted the letters in that very same verse he was talking about.. number of letters is 42 not 47.. a very obvious easy to prove lie!! thinking about it.. the first thing that comes to mind is that they want to make us busy with very minor issues and steer away from what gives Islam it's meaning and value.. this video is BS.
@Omarkkhalil He most likely used a western translation of the Quran and then it gets wrong, of course. As to modern western translations, google verses by number (XX:yy) and you'll find that the Quran is not the same as the Quran. You'll find likewise when you check the various videos here that have verses quoted. I think Islam has a BIG problem with this. It's a religion for Arabs only - non-Arabs don't know what to believe, or rather believe the wrong thing.
@Omarkkhalil It's generally claimed, at least by Arabic Muslims, that the Qu'ran cannot be translated correctly, but must be read in its original language. This makes it an Arabic religion for (high educated) Arabs only. Also the Bible poses this problem, which was 'solved' by the infallibility of the Pope, until the Reformation created a total "truth-chaos", resulting in around 400 different directions in Christianity today. What do the Holy Books (including the Qu'ran) really teach?
@Thermospecialist About the translation issue.. there are correct translations for Quran.. a translation for meanings of verses, however, having read a few translated verses, I can see that it doesn't have the same let's say "Momentum" when translated.. so yes it's better be read in Arabic.. that doesn't make it for Arabs only.. since we (Arabs) also have to study Arabic language..because we are lost in dialects now.. so yes.. everyone who seeks the truth has to do his homework :)
@Omarkkhalil I think you make it too simple. Naturally it's possible for an Arab to improve his/her skills in Qu'ran-Arabic, but not for westerners - they simply can't do it! Even so in the Arabic world, that for the greater part are third-world countires, where most people have no education of significance at all. They are totally dependent on what they hear from their leaders, which isn't always "correct" either (to say the least).
@Thermospecialist The holy Quran is the word of Allah, It gives a way of life for people as individuals and as a societies from their own creator for them to live their lives at its best, it also emphasizes that this life is just a test for all of us and it's the afterlife that we should really work for, heaven is earned by following God's teachings.. what to do and what not to do.. this gives you happiness in both lives.. this (aldonya).. and the afterlife(al'akhera).
@Omarkkhalil This would be by far the greatest problem for Islam - a 1400 year old law book, based on the desert life and customs in those days, to be implemented in modern times? Imagine the Christians would still have the same laws as a 1000 years ago, burning heretics and witches on the stake? No no, not the afterlife, but this life. If we all try to benefit our world and the people around us and "God" has a problem with that, must be His problem, not ours!
@Thermospecialist Quote: "If we all try to benefit our world and the people around us and "God" has a problem with that, must be His problem, not ours!"
we are REQUIRED to benefit our world and the people around us as Muslims..see..its considered worship too, in Islam there are two types of worship that we are required to do, specific worship (praying 5 times a day, fasting, pilgrimage,Zakat, reading Quran and studying it)
@Omarkkhalil It seems that the Sunnis and Shi'its in Iraq/Iran don't know about "E'mar Al Ard.." , nor do other extremist Muslims, gladly killing other Muslims, though their god has condemned them to Hell for it (4:94-95). I think you have a mission to tell THEM what is required from Muslims, rather than infidels like myself, who btw, you have free hands to kill on sight (4:93), as declared enemies of you (4:102). What was it again you said?
@Thermospecialist lol! Hilarious! It's not fair for me to judge Christianity whenever I hear about a priest raping a kid, it's the priest.. a corrupt guy.. NOT corrupt Christianity!!
@Omarkkhalil This your comment:"lol! Hilarious! It's not fair for me to judge Christianity ..." cannot be meant for me - why? For the rest I agree with it.
@Thermospecialist Having said that.. it's just WRONG to judge a whole religion and a way of life based on the bad people that were just born within that environment..don't believe everything the media say..the "Usama Bin Laden" character has been created for a reason..to give Islam a bad name.. I'm sorry, but are you that gullible?! hope not..
BTW, Islam doesn't allow me to hurt you, this verse you're talking about was in a context.. don't rush with judging! until you have a full understanding.
@Omarkkhalil I agree with you about not judging any religion on bad behavior of some of its believers. Nonetheless, the history of Abrahamic religions is written in blood - can we just ignore that? I've read the context you refer to, but you apparently made a different conclusion - would you please explain the "correct" context to me?
@Thermospecialist when Corruption is there, people should stand against it to become safe from it, that's why history is written in blood.. Religion came to fight corruption that entitles a few people to do whatever is necessary against the weak and the poor to stay in the "Elite" class..
correct context.. Ending of truce between Muslims and non-believers.. it's not how "I" decided to conclude.. explaining verses can't be done correctly without referring to the reasons why they came..
@Omarkkhalil Werent't the religious leaders and their worldly allies in power (often being the same persons) not the corrupt ones? Didn't they use religion (God) as the excuse for it? Weren't they the "Elites"? In "my" history books, they were and still are (in Iran for example). I assume you refer to the "message" in/of Religion, but bloody History shows that it is theory only, never been practised. Something must be wrong with "the message", wouldn't you say? (the context thing next)
@Omarkkhalil (1) context 4:93 Verses 86-95 are from a time when Mohammed had truces with several tribes and about how to deal with them. In 4:91, at the end of the truce (when they retrograde), the infidels must be seized and killed, except those (4:92) who subordinate (submit) themselves. Kill those who rebel again later (4:93), as God has given "you" free hands over them. (2) 4:102 simply states that infidels are declared enemies regardless. No tolerance in Islam - religion of peace?
@Thermospecialist and General worship which is fulfilling the reason we are here.. in Arabic it's called (E'mar Al Ard).. it means benefiting the world and humanity..
about the Quran.. yes, it's applicable for every time and place. just tell me what you think can't be implemented and we'll discuss it.. I really don't care proving myself right or proving you wrong.. I'm just trying to urge you to look more.. because you seem like you don't really know that much about Islam..
@Omarkkhalil Again, the Quran is a lawbook that commands a 1400 year old desert lifestyle, advocating slavery as well - how could that be implemented in modern times of developed western countries? Like Christianity, no longer burning heretics on the stake, also Islam has to modernize ("Islamic Reformation"). Do you think that is possible, without deviating from the Quran's godgiven words? Please 'enlighten' me ...
@Thermospecialist advocating slavery?? who told you that?!! couldn't be any further from the truth!! I beg you to read more about it!!! history books also!
Would you please first tell me what exactly do you know about the laws stated in Quran ? :)
I would be happy to discuss what you think can't be implemented in western modern life system.
@Omarkkhalil No need for history books. It's all in the Quran, where slaves are mentioned in at least 29 verses [answering-islam(dot)net/Silas/slavery(dot)htm].
Some examples:
23:5-6 "... except with their wives and slave girls, for these are lawful to them:..."
33:49-50 "Prophet, .... and the slave girls whom God has given you as booty...."
Set free slaves as a penalty for crime or sin (4:92, 5:89, 58:3)
Laws are stated all over in the Quran - have to look them up when needed.
@Thermospecialist Slavery existed back in these days but Islam dealt with it gradually like with alcohol.. it takes time to change things that are engraved in people's way of life.. it's impossible to change this overnight.. and Islam succeeded in this...
@Omarkkhalil As to slavery and at all, my understanding of Sunni belief is, that God is the Head of State and the Quran is His Constitution. So you are saying that "modern Islam" ignores "outdated" verses in the Quran? Personally I think this is necessary also, but what about "God's Constitution" then - can be "ignored"? Oh yes, the Quran/Shariah no longer being a "lawbook", would bring Islam into modern times, but can it be? Surely not in the Arabic World, as yet ..
@Omarkkhalil Quran verse numbers my not aways fit with other translations - search a number of them up or down in that case. My translation dates from the 19th century from Morroco, got literary prize in 1917 for being one of the best translations existing then (I don't trust the modern ones ...).
@Omarkkhalil Further on 'witness-pioneer' sura 21:33:
"(God is) the One Who created the night, the day, the sun and the moon. Each one is travelling in an orbit with its own motion."
What orbit, both in 24 hrs around the Earth - modern science confirmed? Naturally, in the Quran is meant the courses of Sun and Moon over the sky. The author however, now sees a "proof" that the concept of the solar system and our galaxy, as to modern astronomy, exists in the Quran. This is insane, I quit!
@Omarkkhalil Useless to read through. He's prejudiced that the Quran MUST contain modern science and so he uses modern synonyms for ancient Arabic words and interprets poetic phrases in a wishful meaning to make it true. While the Bible "allows" such, the Quran, being God's wordily words, does not. Putting other (modern) words in God's mouth - isn't that a great sin?
Why didn't he find anything that contradicts the MODERN science ?!! all the things that couldn't be discovered before 1400 years?! I'm waiting your answer to this particular issue.. Scientific facts in Quran just makes me stand in awe.. gives me no choice but to believe without a doubt..that this came from Allah.. not man.
@Omarkkhalil The link you gave me to 'witness-pioneer' has a large number of extensive pages to read, so I will post my comments to you as they come up, one by one, here the first:
Surrah 1:1 is translated as:" ....Praise to be God, Lord of the Worlds", which implies there would be other worlds apart from Earth. The correct translation however is:"....God, all (of) the World's Lord". If it continous like this with "scientific facts in the Quran", I will give up rather soon ..
@Omarkkhalil Give me some time to read that info. Meanwhile, there is a video about scientific facts in the Quran (uploaded by "sheep212"), where in Surrah 21:33-34 the word "trajectory" (of Sun and Moon in the sky) was interpreted as "orbit", then saying that nobody knew about orbits 1400 years ago. If the info you refer to is of the same caliber, I would be wasting my time going through them, but I'll have a look anyway, let you know...
@Omarkkhalil That's not the point. Of course there can be, likely are other worlds, even earth-like ones. The point is that the Quran doesn't suggest, even less confirms them.
@Omarkkhalil Now, you appear to be a sincere and intelligent person, so please realize that there cannot possibly have been an Arabic word 1400 years ago, with the modern meaning of "orbit" for celestial bodies. The notion of "spherical path" likely existed (correctly used in that meaning as the indeed observed motion) and so modern translators make "orbit" from it and then say the Quran contains modern science - wishful thinking!
@Thermospecialist what is exactly the modern meaning of orbit that couldn't have existed 1400 years ago? I'm guessing you're referring to the word "falak".. which means "orbit"!!!
Astrology existed 6000 years B.C.. The Sumerians were the first to engage in this science.. why is it so hard to believe the existence of a word describing the path of celestial bodies 4600 years after the first time human engaged in this science?!!
@Omarkkhalil Yes, it's "falak".The original meaning relates to spherical. Therefore, the correct translation (21:33 or 34) is: "they wander over the vault of heaven" (or a circular course). In 36:38-39, Sun and Moon wander to a rest place (where they wait for each other) - modern science? The word orbit comes from Latin: 'orbita' = 'course', 'track’, fem. of 'orbitus' = ‘circular’ (falak). And so Copernicus wrote: "revolutionibus orbis", not Mohammed, who had no idea (but Ptolomae had..).
It's just an assumption of the multiple coincidences of phi. And to add on, if everyone's face has the same ratios and dimensions, everyone would look the same, right; like similar figures in geometry, the proportions are the same but the size is subject to change. I can somewhat understand where they are coming from, but is is still just a belief, the ratios are merely coincidences. I would only like more legitimate proof.
@AccountN0name First of all, Phi is not a "coincidence". Secondly, nothing is "exactly" equal to Phi ratios. It can't be! This is because Phi doesn't have an "exact" figure due to its irrationality (in its decimals, like "Pi" or "e"). You will only see things in this Universe approach this magical ratio as close as it can. I hope you got the "approach" bit? Then you'll understand "exactly" what I'm talking about.
@SwordofAllah92 Nice you call yourself "sword of Allah". With that you accuse yourself and Islam and I can only adore it - saves me the trouble of arguing ...
People complain that everything started with a big bang or god that created everything,.... Also everyone says where does big bang come from and where does god come from. If you don't know the answer of this, this means we are not able and allowed to explain what the creator of all is but as we now there is a begin, there is a creator. It doesn't matter what it's called but there is a creator of everything. Thats why christians, muslims etc say allah or god but they don't describe what it is.
@WarLordTR7 and people who believe in this, who believe that there is a creator that created everything: universum. Would also believe that god sent a book and prophet so people don't complain that ... is creator like a sculpture made by men.
@WarLordTR7 or many think who created god. but creationis a law of science and god created science and does not work the way we humans do, if i said that correctly
as a person i do alot of thinking i dun remember ever taking anything for granted .. but hey we have the fetus creation, the big bang, the destruction of stars ,the fact that mounts have roots, the fact that males give the baby it's sex gene , the facts that iron wasn't originally found on earth , even the pulsars ...and now this and a billion more evidence .so *atheists* since u question everything i think u skipped another question, what if this was true?! it makes me feel that hell is fair enough
by the way, now, one from me, Islam is not the religion of the Muslims today,
Islam means "Submission"(to God) in Arabic and it is not a type of organized religion, it is the stand of a human being against his/her Creator,Maker,Owner,Lord and it has always been the stand of all the Prophets and all the people who followed the message of God in any age (Prophet Abraham(pbuh) did not even know a message before he submitted
@HighFlyingDutchman Just that the Ka'aba was a heathen sanctuary! Originally Mohammed chose Jerusalem for it . Could it be that the Ka'aba was fully Arabic and so his Islam became fully arabic also? Btw, not an organzied religion? The Qu'ran is a law book from beginning to end, as such organizing the society, civil law, punal code, etc, etc. Oh, if Islam could put the Qu'ran aside and only be as you say "a stand ...", I would not oppose a bit to it. It's the book that buggs me!
for that boy who says nuke mecca and madina do u think they can and if they cant guess why your mind is so limited you don't give yourself a chance even to think try to read seek the truth don't seek the flows.
All praises to Almighty God. These are glimpses of external evidences given to a believer or a spark to a sincere seeker. A holy place found in a special location is a pointer indeed!
Mecca is an Alter to God so it is the place that should have important geometrical points with strong vibration. Given the fact that it is fasting and praying makes it a double important point in terms of energy. For a confirmation of how important it is than we would have to say it is much greater the the energy points of the great pyramid of Eygpt.
yeah i thought about adam and eve. wouldn't we all be the same color if adam and eve were the first humans on earth. adam and eve's kids would be having sex with each other which is gross man but who really knows and i'm aboriginal. we r all gods children he loves us all
The golden ratio point on Earth is slightly above Mecca or more exactly 21.253856 degrees regarding exact golden 21.359110 but earths latitude which is 180 degrees from the North to South pole divided by phi (el heya the golden ratio) hayetla3lak 14 places (it’s endless ) 1.6180339887499 you would get to 111.246… south or north depending on which pole you had started on. so this video is wrong and is full of factual errors
@sehs5375 no, i use atrise golden section program (you can find it by google) with a google map and the point line are exactly at top of Mecca. The video above also tells that there's a slight difference between world measurement versions, but every result always still in the border of Mecca. So, this video are RIGHT.
And yes Islam was the first religion because adam pbuh was the first human on earth and he was a Muslim so do me favour and think about this... Bro if you WANa know about how right Islam is then check out dr zakir see what you think...
dicaprio009 bro you are seriously Mis guided please as a Muslim brother I'm telling you please dont preach or say wrong about Islam if you don't know what your talking about then don't speak!!! Bro not taking the pis.. But you think and say insults Islam... What your saying is haram and you shouldn't be saying it.. Now I don't know if you are actually muslim but it seems to me that your a very Mis guided Muslim;(
In 1969, American astronauts carried out research on the Moon, dug the soil up with various pieces of equipment, split it and carried specimens back to Earth.
We must, however, make it clear that the splitting of the Moon is of course one of the miracles given to our Prophet (saas) when he showed the people of mecca them the moon split in two halves. Since the Qur'an is a Book that addresses all times, one may think of this verse as referring to the exploration of the Moon in our own day.
(Qur'an, 54:1) The Hour has drawn near and the moon has split.
The Arabic word "inshaqqa" (split) used in the above verse is derived from the word "shaqqa," which can also be used to mean "causing something to rise, ploughing or digging the soil"
when counting from that verse(54:1) all the way to the last verse of the last surah(114:6) there are 1390 verses
Sorry to say this but you're wrong, dead wrong! The Ka'ba ITSELF is also built in ratios of Phi. So if you want people to study Science and Maths, you will come to the conclusion that there is something very interesting about this cube.
In fact, back in 2006 a member (Bizza) Birol Koc discovered this and posted it on a Muslim forum:
Allah has stated in the Quran that the more humanity will become technologically advanced, the more the proofs showing that the Quran is 100% right and is from Allah/God will become obvious and numerous.
Only the unfair ones will continue to deny the Truth of Allah.
Ok, suppose that there is a god. It still remains a lot of other debates or the biggest question? why would he want to put some people in hell and some in heaven ? basically this means that everyone's fate is inevitable in only one way and god knows it in the fist place. doesn't make any sense.
This question shows that u really investigate, appreciate!
Exactly, God knows our final destination which shows His omnipotence, He could have already put people to the places they deserve, but in order not to make people complain He, the owner of endless wisdom, set a test, and left it to human`s will, either to succeed or lose, by the end of where all the deeds person had committed will be revealed, so that s/he could not make any complaint .
@turkmenaksa This means that if God puts us in a life as a test then he doesn't know our fate or either is a sadist who wants to see buncha humans in a cage and curios what they do.
@SovietUnity As an example for above, the teacher having exam for a class will fit well; teacher before delivering exam papers already can know the results students will get by the end(since teacher knows how well does each student know this subject), despite this he sets exam, after which students seeing their results will not be able to complain.
@turkmenaksa thank you sir, appreciate your response!
well in response I answer: A teacher takes a test because he/she doesn't know which students will pass and ironically a teacher never knows what's the result of a test. God supposedly knows what is the fate of every man therefore why take a test at all? If God knew everything and gave us this life as a test then why bother, just put us into heaven or hell in the first place, a teacher doesn't know if the student deserves to pass so he take
I gave that example, since I am myself teacher; before an exam I already can predict marks for an each student, for I have been teaching them, and more or less I can predict what they will get, if not by cheating ) .
@SovietUnity The example of a child and parents also can be improvised; parents can predict how their child would behave in some situations;to open, they know that if they, for example, propose a cup of tomato juice to their child, he would ignore this, for it is them who know their child best! Hence,if they tell him `Dear son, we will not buy you tomato juice, since you do not drink it !` ,will it be fair for a child to complain as `You are treating me unfairly with not buying me tomato juice?!`
@SovietUnity Examples might seem basic, but they reveal great truth; that He knows us best, even better than we ourselves, for He is our Creator. God is not `despot` as some claim,as if He throws us to the sea, shouting out `Those who do not get wet, will enter my paradise! ` No, it is not Him, God is most compassionate. He left the flow of our own lives onto our own wills, thus I accept my self free, with the all meanings it conveys.
@SovietUnity My friend, let`s again kindle the fair in our hearts using woods of science! The fire which enlightens us and the surrounding, which makes us happy, dynamic, hopeful, challenging, vigilant, wise; finally, which reveals the spell of this grandiose universe.
@turkmenaksa Ok, I respect your opinion however it is unclear. Suppose a teacher knows a student's grade even before the test, ironically the teacher takes the test to satisfy the higher command which is the school board to let the student pass into university or college, then God is taking this test to satisfy a higher command?
He is the final executer that gives the higher commands, there is no one above Him.
Before creating us He already knew where we would go as a final destination(as teacher knows estimated marks), in order not to make us complain He set a life (delivered exam papers), as a result where, having exam-paper marks in our hands, we would not be complaining.
Yet, why did He intend to create a universe and a humanity? Because, `the owner of beauty always tends to show itself `
@SovietUnity Dear friend, please may you know that I am not trying to somehow convince you , in fact I do not care , but I think a smart individual as you should know the truth. His hand-writing is seen everywhere, in each creature, from atom to the Sun.
@turkmenaksa Don't change the subject dear person, there is no evidence that there is a God. Faith is believing and trusting what doesn't exist such as God. Religions were made and written by a group of individuals who wanted to somehow control people and bring order to the people not to believe a perfect deity as God, pff, can you even imagine a so called human named prophet who is sinless and wants people to believe what has been told him in magical ways?
@turkmenaksa I will simply turn Christian if you answer me why a murderer kills people? Or why a greedy bastard takes away people's money?
Same reason you offer someone help or aid, isn't it? Higher brain function, sometimes greedy and sometimes more dedicated and by offering aid to other people the brain will be satisfied that it helped another human therefore he helped advance even if it was only a seat.
@SovietUnity The reason murderer kills people is that he does not believe in God, thus does not afraid of Him; thus does whatever he desires. In fact I give him right, considering that there is no Hereafter, why should we obey rules!; we came once to life!, we should take maximum-pleasure!, we should fulfill all our desires! Whom to fear?!
@turkmenaksa At least he doesn't live his life in fear as you do. And I don't believe in God, does that make me a murderer? A serial killer because I don't believe in God? I don't live my life in fear and respect the fact that I have only one life, no guarantee whatsoever there is a second one, all faith and faith is almost always turn out the other way. My friend, you're telling me you won't kill a person only because of a book? Of a word known as God? Truly no sane in that life
@turkmenaksa Einstein, Asimov, Edison, Clarke....they neither believed or feared God, thats one of the reasons they were the smartest individuals on earth. No "God-loving" priest has ever achieved any scientific achievements after 1800s and 1900s. And thats because real scientists like Einstein were imprisoned by the Christian state.
A knowledge of the existence of something we cannot penetrate, of the manifestations of the profoundest reason and the most radiant beauty - it is this knowledge and this emotion that constitute the truly religious attitude; in this sense, and in this alone, I am a deeply religious man. (Albert Einstein)
@turkmenaksa I dont think that the idea of being disturbing by other comments is good ... No God but Allah and Muhammed is his messenger and by the year 2050 most of the world will be muslims and Islam will be the first religion whether they like it or not .... so dont reply to ignorant who doesn't know anything about the other life
@SovietUnity My religion consists of a humble admiration of the illimitable superior spirit who reveals himself in the slight details we are able to perceive with our frail and feeble mind. (Albert Einstein)
@SovietUnity I admit Christian institutions misused divine gift -religion; and, sure, some Muslim minorities ( eg. Al kaide,Hizbullah..) are misusing it nowadays, but what is the faulty of God, if so called `religious` people used the blessing in their own interests, as you have mentioned `for manipulating people`?
@SovietUnity Presuming that somebody smokes ,which would be wise to blame lungs for their mess, or that guy for his misuse of lungs!? Which would be wise to blame religion, or those who misuse it?!
@SovietUnity A knowledge of the existence of something we cannot penetrate, of the manifestations of the profoundest reason and the most radiant beauty - it is this knowledge and this emotion that constitute the truly religious attitude; in this sense, and in this alone, I am a deeply religious man. (Albert Einstein)
@turkmenaksa What is faulty of God? actually nothing because it doesn't exist. You're like a child who believes Santa Claus and how every Christmas he brings gifts. what's the difference between him and your God? Did you personally see God that you're telling me it exists? Then I have faith that Santa Claus exists and gives gifts through the chimney. Only the stories are the same. I feel sorry for you and how strongly religion has trapped your mind.
@SovietUnity ` Did you personally see God that you're telling me it exists?` No.
Did I personally see you in order you do exist? No.
Did I personally see `love` in order it exists? No. You recalled me Gagarin, stating `I was in cosmos, but I did not see God! `I found it funny, some think that God is a balloon wandering in the cosmos.
@turkmenaksa the problem about arguing with religious people is that they always ignore what the atheist has to say, always ignore the main conflict and take it the side ways, making the little neutral details look more important. I'm very sorry that I have to finish the conversation here because you seem to ignore all the facts I have told you, have a good day :)
@SovietUnity "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind."
"My religion consists of a humble admiration of the illimitable Superior Spirit who reveals himself in the slight details we are able to perceive with our frail and feeble mind."
@turkmenaksa I assure you that your parents thought you to be kind and helpful to others and not GOD, same thing as praying....if you pray for someone to be kind be sure it will never happen
@turkmenaksa religions have created nothing but wars, conflicts and hate since they were created even if at first they were written peaceful. It's time we go out of our churches, houses and see the REAL world and feel it and try to help humanity and advance it instead of wasting time praying and waiting for nothing to happen (which almost always is true) I think the so called God would be more happy.

@turkmenaksa Science and Math has proved that Co-incidences can happen and their Events multiply in Several Degrees by just giving it more Combinations and Time.
The Early Universe had Lots of time, Billions of Years & All the necessary Ingredients - Heat, Pressure, Variety of Atoms. So which part of these do you fail to understand that we associate how everything was formed by the Laws of Physics & Mathematics.
Time + Ingredients + Heat + Pressure + Random Combinations = All Elements.
@forgottenmemories63 Did you know that the book Das Capital was written by itself, hard to believe but it happened somehow. It was not Karl Marx who wrote it.Interesting isn`t it?
The producer of this video doesn't understand the first thing about the "divine ratio," which is not 1.618 -- that's only an approximation. More exactly, it's (1 + √5) / 2.
And he's fudging the numbers. The great-circle distance from Mecca to the South Pole is 4742 miles; while that from Mecca to the North Pole is 7688 miles. That ratio is
7688/4742 = 1.621 (roughly)As for the east-west thing: giggle.
I counted the verse mentioned at 7:23 myself from my Quran and there are 42 letters, not 47... there is something shady about this video and I don't trust it completely, with all due respect as a Muslim myself. Also, is it possible for a round object like the Earth to have a golden ratio point? It's an interesting subject, but not something to waste time debating over. God knows best. Don't get worked up about it.
Over-interpretation. "None of the meridian is not particularly distinguished. The initial meridian (zero) was adopted in 1884 meridian passing through Greenwich Observatory." So you might as well go to any place on the west or east of Mecca.
I am a Muslim, but Im not blindly follow what others muslim says. I've tried to do a research on this claim. but my problem is, there are too many theories on the exact location of mecca. Google earth =21.42556,39.83778. First-order Administrative Division=Long 41.33333Lat 20.66667. Wikipedia=21.416667°N 39.816667 n so many others. Some r close to Kaaba when referring to Golden point, and some a bit far. Is there any chances that the exact coordinate of Mecca is the exact point of Golden ratio?

watch youtube vid THE REAL MT. SINAI IN ARABIA. MOSES recieved the LAW here and the last prophet MOHAMMED was born in the region where ISMAHAEL was sent with HAGAR his mother. It all ties in for people of understanding.
Allah ws thought to have had sons nd that the local deities of al-ʻUzzá, Manāt nd al-Lāt were His daughters.. Muhammad's father's name was ‘Abdallāh meaning the “servant of Allāh
In pre-Islamic Arabia, Allah was used by Meccans as a reference to the creator-god, possibly the supreme deity.Allah was not considered the sole divinity; however, Allah was considered the creator of the world and the giver of rain. The notion of the term may have been vague in the Meccan religion.Allah was associated with companions, whom pre-Islamic Arabs considered as subordinate deities. Meccans held that a kind of kinship exsted between Allah and the jinn.
@dicaprio009 Let us not forget that "Allah" was the word used by Abraham and all prophets before Mohamed PBUH to refer to God. That's why people of pre-Islamic Arabia called what they believed (for a reason) was the supreme God "Allah".
However, I agree with you that we, Muslims, should be a little more tolerant.

@samy9387 In her book, Islam: A Short History, Karen Armstrong asserts that the Kaaba was dedicated to Hubal, a Nabatean deity, and contained 360 idols which either represented the days of the year,[19] or were effigies of the Arabian pantheon. Once a year, tribes from all around the Arabian peninsula, whether Christian or pagan, would converge on Mecca to perform the Hajj.

Thank you.
Omarkkhalil 2 months ago
As to Mecca being in the Golden Ratio point of the World, you may be right as to its latitude, because the Earth's poles are given points. As to its longitude you are totally wrong, because a point on any logitude can be on a Golden Ratio point, depending on where you take the reference longitude - Greenwhich for example?
Thermospecialist 2 months ago
@Thermospecialist you're right.. that's exactly what I had in mind.. those people who made this video doesn't represent Islam in any way.. I am Muslim and I speak Arabic.. I counted the letters in that very same verse he was talking about.. number of letters is 42 not 47.. a very obvious easy to prove lie!! thinking about it.. the first thing that comes to mind is that they want to make us busy with very minor issues and steer away from what gives Islam it's meaning and value.. this video is BS.
Omarkkhalil 2 months ago
@Omarkkhalil He most likely used a western translation of the Quran and then it gets wrong, of course. As to modern western translations, google verses by number (XX:yy) and you'll find that the Quran is not the same as the Quran. You'll find likewise when you check the various videos here that have verses quoted. I think Islam has a BIG problem with this. It's a religion for Arabs only - non-Arabs don't know what to believe, or rather believe the wrong thing.
Thermospecialist 2 months ago
@Thermospecialist I'm not sure I really understood what you wrote.. could you elaborate on that please?
Omarkkhalil 2 months ago
@Omarkkhalil It's generally claimed, at least by Arabic Muslims, that the Qu'ran cannot be translated correctly, but must be read in its original language. This makes it an Arabic religion for (high educated) Arabs only. Also the Bible poses this problem, which was 'solved' by the infallibility of the Pope, until the Reformation created a total "truth-chaos", resulting in around 400 different directions in Christianity today. What do the Holy Books (including the Qu'ran) really teach?
Thermospecialist 2 months ago
@Thermospecialist About the translation issue.. there are correct translations for Quran.. a translation for meanings of verses, however, having read a few translated verses, I can see that it doesn't have the same let's say "Momentum" when translated.. so yes it's better be read in Arabic.. that doesn't make it for Arabs only.. since we (Arabs) also have to study Arabic language..because we are lost in dialects now.. so yes.. everyone who seeks the truth has to do his homework :)
Omarkkhalil 2 months ago
@Omarkkhalil I think you make it too simple. Naturally it's possible for an Arab to improve his/her skills in Qu'ran-Arabic, but not for westerners - they simply can't do it! Even so in the Arabic world, that for the greater part are third-world countires, where most people have no education of significance at all. They are totally dependent on what they hear from their leaders, which isn't always "correct" either (to say the least).
Thermospecialist 2 months ago
@Thermospecialist The holy Quran is the word of Allah, It gives a way of life for people as individuals and as a societies from their own creator for them to live their lives at its best, it also emphasizes that this life is just a test for all of us and it's the afterlife that we should really work for, heaven is earned by following God's teachings.. what to do and what not to do.. this gives you happiness in both lives.. this (aldonya).. and the afterlife(al'akhera).
Omarkkhalil 2 months ago
@Omarkkhalil This would be by far the greatest problem for Islam - a 1400 year old law book, based on the desert life and customs in those days, to be implemented in modern times? Imagine the Christians would still have the same laws as a 1000 years ago, burning heretics and witches on the stake? No no, not the afterlife, but this life. If we all try to benefit our world and the people around us and "God" has a problem with that, must be His problem, not ours!
Thermospecialist 2 months ago

Thermospecialist 1 month ago
@Thermospecialist why?
Omarkkhalil 1 month ago
@Thermospecialist Having said that.. it's just WRONG to judge a whole religion and a way of life based on the bad people that were just born within that environment..don't believe everything the media say..the "Usama Bin Laden" character has been created for a reason..to give Islam a bad name.. I'm sorry, but are you that gullible?! hope not..
BTW, Islam doesn't allow me to hurt you, this verse you're talking about was in a context.. don't rush with judging! until you have a full understanding.
Omarkkhalil 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil I agree with you about not judging any religion on bad behavior of some of its believers. Nonetheless, the history of Abrahamic religions is written in blood - can we just ignore that? I've read the context you refer to, but you apparently made a different conclusion - would you please explain the "correct" context to me?
Thermospecialist 1 month ago
@Thermospecialist when Corruption is there, people should stand against it to become safe from it, that's why history is written in blood.. Religion came to fight corruption that entitles a few people to do whatever is necessary against the weak and the poor to stay in the "Elite" class..
correct context.. Ending of truce between Muslims and non-believers.. it's not how "I" decided to conclude.. explaining verses can't be done correctly without referring to the reasons why they came..
Omarkkhalil 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil Werent't the religious leaders and their worldly allies in power (often being the same persons) not the corrupt ones? Didn't they use religion (God) as the excuse for it? Weren't they the "Elites"? In "my" history books, they were and still are (in Iran for example). I assume you refer to the "message" in/of Religion, but bloody History shows that it is theory only, never been practised. Something must be wrong with "the message", wouldn't you say? (the context thing next)
Thermospecialist 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil (1) context 4:93 Verses 86-95 are from a time when Mohammed had truces with several tribes and about how to deal with them. In 4:91, at the end of the truce (when they retrograde), the infidels must be seized and killed, except those (4:92) who subordinate (submit) themselves. Kill those who rebel again later (4:93), as God has given "you" free hands over them. (2) 4:102 simply states that infidels are declared enemies regardless. No tolerance in Islam - religion of peace?
Thermospecialist 1 month ago
@Thermospecialist and General worship which is fulfilling the reason we are here.. in Arabic it's called (E'mar Al Ard).. it means benefiting the world and humanity..
about the Quran.. yes, it's applicable for every time and place. just tell me what you think can't be implemented and we'll discuss it.. I really don't care proving myself right or proving you wrong.. I'm just trying to urge you to look more.. because you seem like you don't really know that much about Islam..
Omarkkhalil 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil Again, the Quran is a lawbook that commands a 1400 year old desert lifestyle, advocating slavery as well - how could that be implemented in modern times of developed western countries? Like Christianity, no longer burning heretics on the stake, also Islam has to modernize ("Islamic Reformation"). Do you think that is possible, without deviating from the Quran's godgiven words? Please 'enlighten' me ...
Thermospecialist 1 month ago
@Thermospecialist advocating slavery?? who told you that?!! couldn't be any further from the truth!! I beg you to read more about it!!! history books also!
Would you please first tell me what exactly do you know about the laws stated in Quran ? :)
I would be happy to discuss what you think can't be implemented in western modern life system.
Omarkkhalil 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil No need for history books. It's all in the Quran, where slaves are mentioned in at least 29 verses [answering-islam(dot)net/Silas/slavery(dot)htm].
Some examples:
23:5-6 "... except with their wives and slave girls, for these are lawful to them:..."
33:49-50 "Prophet, .... and the slave girls whom God has given you as booty...."
Set free slaves as a penalty for crime or sin (4:92, 5:89, 58:3)
Laws are stated all over in the Quran - have to look them up when needed.
Thermospecialist 1 month ago

@Omarkkhalil Further on 'witness-pioneer' sura 21:33:

Omarkkhalil 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil Useless to read through. He's prejudiced that the Quran MUST contain modern science and so he uses modern synonyms for ancient Arabic words and interprets poetic phrases in a wishful meaning to make it true. While the Bible "allows" such, the Quran, being God's wordily words, does not. Putting other (modern) words in God's mouth - isn't that a great sin?

Thermospecialist 1 month ago
@Thermospecialist no.. it's things that couldn't be possible to find out without modern equipment...
Omarkkhalil 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil That's not the point. Of course there can be, likely are other worlds, even earth-like ones. The point is that the Quran doesn't suggest, even less confirms them.
Thermospecialist 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil Now, you appear to be a sincere and intelligent person, so please realize that there cannot possibly have been an Arabic word 1400 years ago, with the modern meaning of "orbit" for celestial bodies. The notion of "spherical path" likely existed (correctly used in that meaning as the indeed observed motion) and so modern translators make "orbit" from it and then say the Quran contains modern science - wishful thinking!
Thermospecialist 1 month ago
@Thermospecialist what is exactly the modern meaning of orbit that couldn't have existed 1400 years ago? I'm guessing you're referring to the word "falak".. which means "orbit"!!!
Astrology existed 6000 years B.C.. The Sumerians were the first to engage in this science.. why is it so hard to believe the existence of a word describing the path of celestial bodies 4600 years after the first time human engaged in this science?!!
Omarkkhalil 1 month ago
@Omarkkhalil Sorry.. it's 6600 years!!!
Omarkkhalil 1 month ago

AccountN0name 2 months ago
@AccountN0name First of all, Phi is not a "coincidence". Secondly, nothing is "exactly" equal to Phi ratios. It can't be! This is because Phi doesn't have an "exact" figure due to its irrationality (in its decimals, like "Pi" or "e"). You will only see things in this Universe approach this magical ratio as close as it can. I hope you got the "approach" bit? Then you'll understand "exactly" what I'm talking about.

If you don't know the answer of this, this means we are not able and allowed to explain what the creator of all is but as we now there is a begin, there is a creator. It doesn't matter what it's called but there is a creator of everything. Thats why christians, muslims etc say allah or god but they don't describe what it is.

by the way, now, one from me, Islam is not the religion of the Muslims today,
Islam means "Submission"(to God) in Arabic and it is not a type of organized religion, it is the stand of a human being against his/her Creator,Maker,Owner,Lord and it has always been the stand of all the Prophets and all the people who followed the message of God in any age (Prophet Abraham(pbuh) did not even know a message before he submitted

The golden ratio point on Earth is slightly above Mecca or more exactly 21.253856 degrees regarding exact golden 21.359110 but earths latitude which is 180 degrees from the North to South pole divided by phi (el heya the golden ratio) hayetla3lak 14 places (it’s endless ) 1.6180339887499 you would get to 111.246… south or north depending on which pole you had started on. so this video is wrong and is full of factual errors
sehs5375 10 months ago
@sehs5375 no, i use atrise golden section program (you can find it by google) with a google map and the point line are exactly at top of Mecca. The video above also tells that there's a slight difference between world measurement versions, but every result always still in the border of Mecca. So, this video are RIGHT.

NAXMUI 10 months ago
The 1969 Moon Landing is Indicated in the Qur'an
(Qur'an, 54:1) The Hour has drawn near and the moon has split.
Hijri: 1390, Gregorian: 1969

Sorry to say this but you're wrong, dead wrong! The Ka'ba ITSELF is also built in ratios of Phi. So if you want people to study Science and Maths, you will come to the conclusion that there is something very interesting about this cube.
In fact, back in 2006 a member (Bizza) Birol Koc discovered this and posted it on a Muslim forum:

Excellent findings.
Allah has stated in the Quran that the more humanity will become technologically advanced, the more the proofs showing that the Quran is 100% right and is from Allah/God will become obvious and numerous.
Only the unfair ones will continue to deny the Truth of Allah.
Great video! Thanks

Ok, suppose that there is a god. It still remains a lot of other debates or the biggest question? why would he want to put some people in hell and some in heaven ? basically this means that everyone's fate is inevitable in only one way and god knows it in the fist place. doesn't make any sense.
SovietUnity 11 months ago
@SovietUnity
This question shows that u really investigate, appreciate!
Exactly, God knows our final destination which shows His omnipotence, He could have already put people to the places they deserve, but in order not to make people complain He, the owner of endless wisdom, set a test, and left it to human`s will, either to succeed or lose, by the end of where all the deeds person had committed will be revealed, so that s/he could not make any complaint .
turkmenaksa 11 months ago
@turkmenaksa This means that if God puts us in a life as a test then he doesn't know our fate or either is a sadist who wants to see buncha humans in a cage and curios what they do.
SovietUnity 11 months ago
@SovietUnity As an example for above, the teacher having exam for a class will fit well; teacher before delivering exam papers already can know the results students will get by the end(since teacher knows how well does each student know this subject), despite this he sets exam, after which students seeing their results will not be able to complain.
Regards,
turkmenaksa 11 months ago
@turkmenaksa thank you sir, appreciate your response!
well in response I answer: A teacher takes a test because he/she doesn't know which students will pass and ironically a teacher never knows what's the result of a test. God supposedly knows what is the fate of every man therefore why take a test at all? If God knew everything and gave us this life as a test then why bother, just put us into heaven or hell in the first place, a teacher doesn't know if the student deserves to pass so he take
SovietUnity 11 months ago
@SovietUnity
Dear Investigator,
I gave that example, since I am myself teacher; before an exam I already can predict marks for an each student, for I have been teaching them, and more or less I can predict what they will get, if not by cheating ) .
turkmenaksa 11 months ago
@SovietUnity The example of a child and parents also can be improvised; parents can predict how their child would behave in some situations;to open, they know that if they, for example, propose a cup of tomato juice to their child, he would ignore this, for it is them who know their child best! Hence,if they tell him `Dear son, we will not buy you tomato juice, since you do not drink it !` ,will it be fair for a child to complain as `You are treating me unfairly with not buying me tomato juice?!`
turkmenaksa 11 months ago
@SovietUnity Examples might seem basic, but they reveal great truth; that He knows us best, even better than we ourselves, for He is our Creator. God is not `despot` as some claim,as if He throws us to the sea, shouting out `Those who do not get wet, will enter my paradise! ` No, it is not Him, God is most compassionate. He left the flow of our own lives onto our own wills, thus I accept my self free, with the all meanings it conveys.
turkmenaksa 11 months ago
@SovietUnity My friend, let`s again kindle the fair in our hearts using woods of science! The fire which enlightens us and the surrounding, which makes us happy, dynamic, hopeful, challenging, vigilant, wise; finally, which reveals the spell of this grandiose universe.
Best Regards.
turkmenaksa 11 months ago
@turkmenaksa Ok, I respect your opinion however it is unclear. Suppose a teacher knows a student's grade even before the test, ironically the teacher takes the test to satisfy the higher command which is the school board to let the student pass into university or college, then God is taking this test to satisfy a higher command?
SovietUnity 11 months ago
@SovietUnity

His hand-writing is seen everywhere, in each creature, from atom to the Sun.

turkmenaksa 11 months ago
@turkmenaksa Don't change the subject dear person, there is no evidence that there is a God. Faith is believing and trusting what doesn't exist such as God. Religions were made and written by a group of individuals who wanted to somehow control people and bring order to the people not to believe a perfect deity as God, pff, can you even imagine a so called human named prophet who is sinless and wants people to believe what has been told him in magical ways?
SovietUnity 11 months ago
@SovietUnity As a book cannot be without an author, how come, that such well-designed universe is without its Creator.
If you explain me, scientifically, the factor that makes me propose my seat to an old woman in metro, I grant you, I will switch into Atheism.
turkmenaksa 11 months ago
@turkmenaksa I will simply turn Christian if you answer me why a murderer kills people? Or why a greedy bastard takes away people's money?
Same reason you offer someone help or aid, isn't it? Higher brain function, sometimes greedy and sometimes more dedicated and by offering aid to other people the brain will be satisfied that it helped another human therefore he helped advance even if it was only a seat.
SovietUnity 11 months ago
@SovietUnity The reason murderer kills people is that he does not believe in God, thus does not afraid of Him; thus does whatever he desires. In fact I give him right, considering that there is no Hereafter, why should we obey rules!; we came once to life!, we should take maximum-pleasure!, we should fulfill all our desires! Whom to fear?!
turkmenaksa 10 months ago
@turkmenaksa At least he doesn't live his life in fear as you do. And I don't believe in God, does that make me a murderer? A serial killer because I don't believe in God? I don't live my life in fear and respect the fact that I have only one life, no guarantee whatsoever there is a second one, all faith and faith is almost always turn out the other way. My friend, you're telling me you won't kill a person only because of a book? Of a word known as God? Truly no sane in that life

@SovietUnity I admit Christian institutions misused divine gift -religion; and, sure, some Muslim minorities ( eg.

No.

Really, you can make _any_ point on earth the "divine ratio" point by a judicious selection of your frame of reference.
AMAR420420 11 months ago
@AMAR420420 the book Foucault s Pendulum is about that.
sidthemyth 11 months ago
The producer of this video doesn't understand the first thing about the "divine ratio," which is not 1.618 -- that's only an approximation. More exactly, it's (1 + √5) / 2.
And he's fudging the numbers. The great-circle distance from Mecca to the South Pole is 4742 miles; while that from Mecca to the North Pole is 7688 miles. That ratio is
7688/4742 = 1.621 (roughly)As for the east-west thing: giggle.
AMAR420420 11 months ago

Meccans held that a kind of kinship exsted between Allah and the jinn.
dicaprio009 1 year ago 3
