  • Oh man....17 days!?!?!?! I will just keep watching videos before suggesting anything. I'm sure you have gone since last month :)

  • You're not having any coconut oil this round right? I'm thinking you might need some fats...but I'm just speculating...i hope things got moving! take care :)

  • i am planning to start the hCG diet on Sunday, Looking at your tranformation is really getting me excited. I will keep you posted on my success!! Keep up the good work.

  • $1600 is a lot for a 40 day round that ur friend did through her physician, but I bet she did well. We never think about the $1600 spent on junk food & name-brand coffee.

  • Hi, I am not an HCG'er, but I am a low carber, and I watch your videos quite often. I am a bit worried hearing about your back-up. Are you allowed to have flaxseeds? I was wondering if that would help. I hope everything is okay. Good luck with that bowel movement issue, and your weight loss journey, you have done an amazing job so far.

  • I take probiotics that majorly help but NOT in the dose they say on the bottle- I take 6 caps a day of mine which says to take 2 caps and mine has the highest count of probiotics per cap that I've seen- i used to take one and it did nothing- once I took a lot more it made a big difference. Hope that helps!

  • Hi cutie. I take a high dose magnesium caplet every morning and every night. I've had absolutely no problems on any of my rounds. If you're prone to constipation anyway though, you may have to take some major steps. (straight up laxative) 17 days is tooooooooo long. Love you sweetheart. Have a wonderful weekend.

  • for industrial strength, 6-8oz glass of grapefruit juice and 1Tbs epsom salt.

  • probiotic every night before bed. and of course, my favorite, sculpt-n-cleanse.

    have a good weekend.

  • I had this same prob during p2 and also after my surgery...smooth move always seemed to help-but taking Phillips magnesium caplets worked very well without the harsh cramping that the Senna is known to do.

  • Hello! I have been watching alllll your video blogs and I was wondering if you could explain the different hcg formulas and let me know which one you take and which one is the most potent??? I'm not sure where to find these different facts and I'm really wanting to order my HCG soon! :) Amy

  • Love your nails!! After 5 days I take a dose of Miralax in some water. Colace hasn't been working well this round. Magnesium worked my first round but now doesn't seem to either. *HUGS* Maybe an enema? They aren't as gross as they sound.

  • Haha your so funny but you should see a doctor about the bm situation! Thats way too long!!

  • the toilet for hours and hours, especially since it's been such a long time. Hope you get some relief soon darlin' I'd be crying out in pain!!!! ::hugs:: PS LOVE the nails and the baby crocks, too cute!

  • TOO long!!! Oh my gosh too long!! That is not okay =( I know you said you've taken Magnesium but have you tried Epsom Salt?? How much sodium is in your diet?! Being dehydrated will stop you up, and taking Magnesium pushes water to your bowels so it will dehydrate you further. You need something drastic, I don't think an occasional cup of Smooth Move or some magenesium pills will do the trick. I think you need to try Epsom Salt, like 3 teaspoons. It's a BIG dose at once, but you'll be glued to

  • Omgosh deb! Too long! My doctor recommends that I use Senacot, over the counter natural gerbal laxative when im really backed up. But it is a stimulant laxative so shouldnt be used daily. A family member whi had surgery recently was told to take it post surgery. Feces are toxic if they back up in our systems. Please, please, check with your doctor soon pretty lady!

    xo

  • LynnCC01 has a vlog from today. She did a macadamia nut fat fast say and said she is "pooping her brains out" lol. It's a very short vlog, but it may be worth looking into. I hope you get some relief zoo. That can't be good, especially of you are already drinking so much water but your skin is stiff. Maybe an enema until you can get things moving? At his point that stuff just needs to come out even if it not on it's own. I really hope you feel better soon.

  • A couple of things I have done that others have also used with success. Here's a few: baking soda stirred into warm water, Himalayan salt in water first thing in the morning before food - it sounds counter intuitive but works -you may need minerals, I know you don't want to veer off protocol but chocolate delight always works for me... the coconut oil. 17 days is dangerous so please don't go too much longer. A doctor told an elderly friend of mine to use Fleet from the drugstore.

  • I use Smooth Move tea to get things moving. You may need to double up on the tea. You may have something else going on that is causing you retain fluid. And you should check w/your Dr. because last week on the Dr. Oz show when he showed that pinch test with the skin, he said if it stays up like that, it could be a sign of mild kidney failure. PLEASE get it checked ASAP!!!

  • Love your nails. Hang in there, once you "go" your scale will drop drastically. But if you don't go within the next 2 days, should really should see a Dr. That is not healthy for you to have all that poison in your system. Love you girl! :) xx

  • Have fun--we will miss youuuuuuuu! Hope you get some relief soon....thanks for showing your gorgeous nails and those little bitty crocs--they cracked me up they were so cute!! Take care~

  • Whew...thats a lot of money for your friend! Yikes! Glad you have a friend nearby to do a round with! Hope you had sweet dreams as I am watching this in the morning! 17 days... errr.... Happy when you are less full of it!! If you want me to send you some Chiro Klenz tea.. just let me know. I use it every 3 weeks needed or not. I truly believe it keeps me regular. Love ya girl! Hollar! Good luck this weekend and have fun! Beautiful nails! XOXO

  • Dr Simmeons mentions a suppository in extreme cases - one with a stool softener would probably work

  • So glad you will have protocol support on your trip :) Thanks for sharing your bathroom trials. I can't imagine how uncomfortable that must be. Have a wonderful weekend!

  • Ginger is great too.

  • magnesium citrate. It works for me. Are you having too much sodium?

  • @cosmlayla too much sodium would make me 'get backed up"? really?

  • @HebbieDobby Yes. I makes you retain water. So it doesn't matter how much water you drink, your body retains it and you can become constipated. Try fresh ginger. It's been know to act as a diuretic and get rid of the extra sodium. Google natural diuretic. I try to stay way from smooth move. It can mess up your digestive track.

  • You poor girl:( I take "CleanseMore" by Renew Life from my local health food store. I take 1-2 at night and by the next morning...YOU WILL GO!!!! Love the nails and have a great trip!

  • Try colonics

  • Girl, you and me both! this is my day 20 and I have had 1 bm! I have been letting the smooth move seep for a couple hours, hoping it would be more concentrated, started taking metamucil, taking magnesium and have taken ducolax, which I don't want to get in the habit of taking-- this has been my only problem with the protocol...I guess I am going to try the epson salts, ewww! Love the little crocs!

  • Drink prune juice that should help

  • @mysterybryant prune juice yes, but I am on P2 and don't want to drink all the sweet stuff. My mom used to make me drink a tiny glass of that stuff every monring. It was popular in the 60's

  • I have also used epsom salt and it works like the bomb!! Good luck and have a safe trip!

  • Love your nails! Good luck at the 4 day conference and I hope you flush everything out soon!

  • Hang in there-- and your nails look so pretty! :D Michelle

  • Oh you poor sweet dear! Have you ever tried Epsom? I tried it for the first time last round and it works like a charm...within 45 minutes of taking it. It doesn't taste very good, but it's so worth it. I get mine at Freddy's in the bath isle and it's like 4.00 for a 4lb bag...I use it for my detox baths as well. I hope you get some relief soon!

  • If I haven't had any 'movement' for 5 or more days, I use a glycerin suppository. It usually causes a result, plus the glycerin lubricates. Pounds & Inches does mention a suppository.

Have a good time at your Expo! Nice nails! Cute little Crocs!

  • Have you tried Swiss Kriss? Not having a BM more than 5 days concerns me and you say 17 days! Oh HebbieDobby, I hope you have a major release tomorrow and nice number 2 release! Yes love the nails! Sooooooo pretty! :-) Take care of you! hugs!

  • @MightMouseLisa I just used Swiss Kriss and it totally got things moving-- took a little over a day but success!!

  • I have used Miralax on p2. I didn't stall. You could try that and see how it works for you. Good luck!! 8- )

  • Great Good luck and Bless you!
