I suspect nothing has come of this as you are correct in pointing out that where there is no contract there can be no liability. In many jurisdictions so many people don't even go through as much trouble as you did. The bogus and unenforceable revenue demands are simply ignored to the extent that the frauds that send them begin losing money to their contracted $camera companies and start looking for ways out of the $cam they got themselves into. See Houston and Los Angles for examples.
How did it go? Please let me know. Come to my page. I do the same only I sue the officer or state that they work for. I show what I believe are crimes that cops do when they stop you for merely giving you a speeding ticket.
I noticed at 0:28 you stated the 5th Amendment garentees you a fair trial. That's actually the 6th Amendment. The 5th Amendment is protection against "self incrimination" - which is why someone on the witness stand will "plead the 5th" if they don't want to answer a question that might incriminate themselves in a case. Hopefully they'll see past that error, as I have experienced, if you don't get the facts right, they tend not to take you seriously and don't respond to your requests. Good Luck!
