your collapes is wrong try spinning 1/3 in your handglide so you get more momentum

stop ur doing everything wrong wen u put ur arm on the stomach u let go too fast keep it on untill u wipp ur legs than wen u get that successful..dont let ur ass touch the ground keep wipping ur legs
