  • lean all the way up to your torso so all the weight shifts there, and while doing the stance, lift both legs up as high as you can but spread. Keep your legs straight as you can and kick while your going to spin.

  • well for the people who are having the same problem (this video is old, he's better now). If you're doing the same thing as him then you need to kick better and collapse better. windmills should be more of a wobbly top spinning. spinning around a center, with the edges creating force

  • That looks like a drunk guy at a club trying to do it. You need to rethink everything. First keep arms tucked inside your abdomen area like a bottle cap motion. Next, keep legs in a V format and dont move legs, your upper body give the legs the illusion of them moving.

  • your pelvis should never touch the ground...you should 'go into the move' with your right shoulder...then your upperback area(part between the shoulderblades) then go out via your left shoulder...so you are back in your freeze position again and then start over.....most important part is to go in higher(you can achieve this by tilting your weight forward a little)

  • start by puttin ur right elbow on ur middle stomach, balance urself with ur legs spred out, ur right hand is pointin out, lift ur right leg up then swing it down hard... as u do dat, lift ur left leg up as ur right leg goes down, u should end up on ur upper back...when u can do dat, try to go back how u started, then repeat urself over n over

    Oh and when you do your first pose or starting pose, keep that leg down and use your hips to "glide" you then momentum picks up and BAM! :]
