Well if you look at peoples skin the base colour can be different. Some people's skin has more of a purpley blue undertone and other peoples skin looks more yellow or pink. If you want to know more about warm and cool colours than have a look at some art sites that could help you out.
They talk waaaay too loudly and waaaaaaaay too much. It clouds my head! Too much, already! Just slow it down, geez. The colors are pretty but hold it back. The woman is very irritating but omg the guy is even worse. Worse!

i was in high school in 98' and i always
rocked the red lips but my class mates always made fun of me. they used to say "easy on the red lips" but i didn't care.

look at the underside of your arm. If your veins appear bluish you are cool toned, if they appear greenish you are warm toned.
