okay, if you look closely on his actionbar you can see spells that keeps on changing to other spells. I see that its NOT a second actionbar he pulls out because the actionbar number stays on 1. But still he is managed to change the row of his spells. IS there anybody outthere who knows, wether its a macro or a addon thing he uses. I really wanna know this.

It is a macro. He has put few skills in a single macro, each modifier allowing him to use a different skill from that macro, and also changing the tooltip of the macro while the modifier is held. For example:

#showtooltip (I don't type any skill name, otherwise it will display tooltip of a skill typed)

/cast [nomod] Freezing Trap (this macro will cast Freezing Trap and show it's tooltip)

/cast [mod: shift] Frost Trap (when you hold shift, the tooltip will change

Mr person under me, best pvp spec they say is surv. But most people do BM for pvp (because of pet dmg) and yes disengage is probably the best hunter trick for pvp (camouflage as well) and now that cat came out.. If you like to pvp at low lvl start at 14 or 15 for disengAge and scatter shot. (I got at least 30 kills doing those against rouges)

i recently started levelling my hunter after it was sitting at 60 for 3 years. i discovered levelling through pvp and havent stopped :) the beginning of this video is pure genious and the rest of it contains some incredible feats. i was wondering if the cloak shute disengage trick is still worth doing these days? and what the best profs are to get as a pvp hunter.

@kindlystone Im not Brang but I can still answer some questions. The monkey is good for pvp with its blind ability, The crab and the spider are good for their root effects. For pve I would go for a cat or a wolf, maybe even a fox, and for leveling a bear is great. The parachute you can get from engineering. Hope this helped :)

@kindlystone guessing your 85 now so for pet i would say spider or crab. and the parachute is flexweave underlay its an engineering item that is attached to cloaks. can only be useb by engi's though im afraid and it can longer be used in rated bg's or arena i think.

I used to do a hybrid BM/SV spec pre 4.0 which was so simple to use. It's so hard for me to PvP now. What would have been easy fights for me I now find myself having a lot harder time kiting than before. I'm not suprised you're still good with MM but I have no fucking clue with BM anymore. Your videos inspired me to PvP but Cataclysm made me want to eat babies. Being a PvP Hunter is fucking harder than it was before. The MC nerf and the Spirit Bond nerf fucked me all up man!

@nealcavner Hunters are pretty bad off in PvP at the moment, but we are not a completely screwed over class because of Focus. We are greatly handicapped, seeing as a vast majority of our abilities take a chunk of focus, but we are majorly disabled. The fact that Brang is having success with Focus doesn't show just how good and dedicated he is, it just shows that he adapted like every other Hunter. Plus...I mean come on... this is Brang we're talking about. I expect nothing else. Same for me too.

If you take pre 4.0 mechanics, and compare them to post 4.0 mechanics, Hunters are hands down "Worse off".

And yes, a lot of that has to do with Focus.

Can you still achieve success in PvP? Sure, but you have to play a LOT better than most other classes, and even the pre 4.0 version of yourself.

And here is food for thought, why is something as vital to PvP as Aspect of the Fox, not trainable until 83?

@nealcavner I agree completely but to be honest only half of it has to do with focus in my opinion. The fact is that compared to every other classes our burst and defensive C/Ds are a joke. We also have the most easily exploitable weakness(dead zone) and lost just about EVERYTHING we needed to properly face other classes(disarm, Range advantage, The old Aimed shot...etc) not to mention every other class has self heals or damage migration. Truth is we are the worst class in pvp over all.

-Hunter trick - Macro intervene to any spammable shot you use like

/cast chimera shot

/cast intervene [target=brang} ( for example )

it ll help u in two ways 1-in middle of fight u ll use it vs melee since automatically u kiting the melee ur pet will be in range for itnervene and 2-so that when ur pet comes back to you he is in range for CHARGE back at your target :D :D :D i hope y all like it GL with all hunts

What's your opinion on the Focus system? As much as I wanted to level my Hunter to 85 when Cataclysm hit, I couldn't bring myself to do it. He was pretty much unplayed since they implemented Focus. Mainly due to stuff like 1:20, where you have range, perfectly set up, but completely unable to do anything. I couldn't stand it. >_<

@Steveracity Well now you have Aspect of the Fox, so if you know how to kite good you will own..In 4.0.3 all hunts were BM because of focus control and sick pet dmg, only Brang was in MM and good at it. :D But now with Fox hunts will pwn ;) Cheer hunt mate :)
