I live in Newport Beach, right on the coast. I've never seen so many sickly plants, especially at this time of year. Just take a bike ride up the board walk and nearly every palm tree you'll see is literally dying. I haven't seen near as many seagulls or pelicans as normal for that matter.

I my Lord. My parents live in New Mexico in Albuquerque...they said that the white soapy looking rain was flooding from the mountains. They said it never looked like this before. They saw white looking clumps. I live in Upstate NY on Lake Ontario. There is a little soapy rain...bubbles. I am amazed that California would have it, but we are in a crazy world. Peace to you. Move to Alaska. I want to.

i live in californa too and it did rain oil but it was only little pokets weard!
