I came upon this in like grade 8, I swear I'm manic laugh/crying as i type this. I'm 20 now, taking these deep breaths with a wide eyed smile as my furrows draw back, THIS SHIT kept me alive through high school. This is very emotional for me I murdered my wife and kids because my wife called my a prick so stabbed her 34 times and my kid saw so it was unfortunate for him but now i cut myself all the time for that but I let that get over now I am living a good live now in my jail cell so think before you act I<3 staind
everybody goes through some hard times, some worse than others. everybody goes through some hard times, some worse than others. I know i wasnt the worse off but being able to escape all of that just by mellowing out through their music, no drugs no cutting...none of that. Just people just like me who made it out, and made it their goal in life to bring others out as well.

There are to many hits on this album to declare a "best song". You have to consider Price to Pay, Reality, Zoe Jane, Fray, and Falling Down. But I'll agree, this song is incredible. And one of my favorite songs on 14 Shades.
