Okay, let me point something out- this is only possible with the professional edition. (Yes, you can enable the policies on home edition, that requires the gpedit.msc control)

A short version: (Note: Local computer admin, not domain network admin) You can set the "Administrator Logon in Safe Mode" to on (1) in policies, and it should let you log in without a password in most cases.

If you have the other admin account than you can reset the main administrator password. If you don't have the other admin account than you can use the reset disk.

If you don't have the reset disk than you can use software called Password Resetter. The Main Purpose of this software is to remove windows password. You can get the software from
