Thank God for Hughes he has become my favorite Yankee Pitcher this season he is great the Yanks need to stop with these stupid Rules for him and Joba last year they ruin good pitchers that way. Great example yesterday Hughes pitch was doing great and then Girardi takes him out one we had a rally and puts in Mitre for the remainder of game instead of letting Hughes keep pitching knowing AJ is on Today AJs outing today HORRIBLE and the couldn't take him out cause they had used Mitre.

Man Hughes is filthy Thank God Yankee finally FINALLY drafted a great pitcher. I though Joba and Hughes would be filthy 1-2 punch I was mistaken. Yankees definetly messed up Joba by babying him but boy is still young and has incredible raw talent. Hopefully he'll blossom and Kudos to Hughes for sticking with this and becoming the ace we always wanted him to be

Hard to believe people thought Joba was going to be better than Hughes. Hughes has ace potential.
