so do you live in a climate that is a comfortable year round? there's no insulation .. artificial light during the shorter days is a good thing if you want eggs year round. so is this a temporary housing for the yard? I wouldn't put more than 2 hens in that space.. need more room if you want 5 or 6 in there. (you wouldn't want to live in a small 2 bdrm house with 4 or 5 other ppl, would you?)
It is considered standard to have at least 3-5 sq ft in the coop per full size chicken and 5-6 sq ft in the run per hen. Your tractor, while nice looking and good for temporary use wouldnt be good for 5 hens. You also need one linear ft of roost space per bird too. Very nice looking, but too small.
only trouble is that they will poop in the nest box when perching
