This performance gives me a greater appreciation for both their singing and Kevin and Avi's baseline. Without the bass and special effects, they still have a great sound, but it doesn't compare to the full 5.

Whoo! Go Pentatonix! Their harmonies are sooo good! Though without Kevin and Avi it's not truly Pentatonix (Video Killed the Radio Star especially!) but it's still amazing! I really hope they win!!

Shawn Stockman is definitely right in saying that Avi and Kevin are the meat and potatoes of Pentatonix. It just does not sound like Pentatonix without those two.

With that being said, these three sound amazing! I looked at some of their videos back when they were still "The Trio" and they are really good. But they definitely became better with the attention of a rhythm section

I love these guys .. and really think they deserve to win the Sing Off. I must say that their version of "just of dream" was what I expected. No one can touch their version of Video Killed the Radio Star. Where are Kevin and Avi from?
