@dulcelorena99 will be your oven, they can be a pain. If it was too hard and dry throughout(turbo fan-assisted?!), then they should've been taken out of the oven earlier. If it was too dark on the outside but the mixture was somewhat uncooked the temperature was too hot. Either way you need to adjust to the oven.
