If you do everything right, how is there a 30% chance you're going to get it wrong? That being said...I love Joe Biden! I would never vote for him or anything stupid like that, but he's such a politician! He'll say anything to get elected. He's got perfect teeth. He has no idea what he's doing - like a true politician. But Joe isn't afraid to say whatever comes into his mind. It just goes right out his mouth. He loves to ham it up for the press.
