  • I´m glad my 6" get naturally rock hard easy.

  • @chubbyswede god bless you bro..Man I miss that feeling but unfortunately some of us with disease get robbed ..lucky for us that we dont have to stop but do what you have to - to get back to a sexually active life..take care of your body bro ..

  • @chubbyswede rock hard easy was never a good thing for me.

I was happy to get rid of my sex drive. Now I have to forcefully think of sex to gain a boner, in the past the sight of any girl will extend it...it was an amazingly frustrating 5 years of my life I'm glad its finally over.

The idea of a controllable boner interests me though, just not my time yet.

  • Interestingly (or NOT) the "theme music" here is a direct "sound-alike" of the Main Title music from the '80s Hospital TV series "St. Elsewhere."

What does this procedure do to the deep arteries that supply blood to the Corpus Cavernosum? Also, after this surgery, can the (urethral) Corpus Spongiosum provide enough blood to engorge the head of the penis, or will it never again achieve its previous tumescence?

  • @Friendulum good question..once the corpus cavernosum is cut and the implant is put in place wher the blood will engorge, you will no longer have blood going through there...thus once your on an implant you will always be on one - but considering once your on the implant - you know you pretty much tried tried everything. else

  • That's what I've heard so far, re: the C. Cavernosum. But what about the C. Spongiosum (through which the urethra passes and the blood supply travels which engorges the Head of the Penis)? A urologist mentioned to me that there's still enough blood--due to the "millions" of smaller vessels that still remain attached--for the C. Spongiosum to allow the Head to engorge.

Btw, do you how the AMS-700 "LGX" is supposed to make up for the post-op shortening of the penis that occurs due to scarring?

  • @Friendulum I did request the LGX but because I had scar tissue due to injections and this cause penile curvature that I had to have the CX. It does not look like I might loose anything..im 6 days post op..and pretty close to what I was before. With the right surgeon you should not loose more than 1cm..most 2cm..and most people who complain of shortening is because they had the problem for a long time or a prosectomy. My head of my penis does engorge..Im partially flatted..and felt horny.lol..

  • @Friendulum also the advantage of the CX over the LGX is that it will make you thicker and the LGX MIGHT expand over time, but few really expand 1cm or more..You just need the right surgeon and you need to do this when your penis is still healthy - in other words dont have your penis not have erections..find ways to make it hard for a minute - try injections, masturbation, etc..dont wait until you penis shrivels up after not using it for a while..

  • will the implant give me a normal full erection or at least close to it?

  • HEY DOCTOR FIX MY D*CK BACK HAHA

  • I'm gittin' r done tomorrow!!!!!

  • @rudedude76 did you actually get it done?

  • @rhdtv2002 yes, nov 17, 2009 and i haven't gotten any complaints yet!!!!!

  • @argebyte does it feel natural..which one did you get, AMS, COLOPLAST? do you think you lost some size? How does hardness feel?

  • @rhdtv2002 Feels like a good hard cock of a 19 year old. I think the Coloplast by the feel of it. I lost about 1/4", but I gained in girth. I recently put it to an 80 year old women and she begged me to stop. I had 3 nuts, I lost count on hers!!!!

  • @argebyte damn man..thats amazing..im getting mine on Sept 1st..on my 40th..yeah im still young but I have juvenile diabetes..so you this pesky disease gets us...Im getting the AMS CX , would have gotten the LGX but because of injections, I have a bit of pyronies disease..My doctor from chicago is one of the ones that implants the most in the states..i believe he is in the top 1%..Wish me luck..i scared actually I went today to schedule the appt.

  • @rhdtv2002 who is your Dr in Chicago?

  • @argebyte that's freakin' hilarious. Glad to hear you're enjoying it. I LOVE mine!!!

  • i'm having it done sept. 15. wish me luck!!!

  • You should follow your doctor's recommendations, and you should read books and web sites too. I think you will need six to eight weeks to heal. If you are young you heal faster than if you are old. Needing a revision procedure is a possibility.

  • @alara974 how did it go?

  • @alara974

    how did it go?

  • @4c00h It went very well, thanks. The recovery period was extremely painful. It took about four months for me to use it with no discomfort whatsoever. It's been a year now, and I'm still goin' strong! I couldn't be happier. There are a few things that take a little getting used to. Ever squeezed an empty water bottle? It's like having a couple of them inside your penis. Also, during very cold weather, since there's no blood in your penis, it can get very cold. I'm glad I did it.

  • @alara974 which one did you get..im day 3 post op right now..I have pain but not extreme but its swollen and bruisedup..i also got a vasectomy..at 40..im not looking to have more kids..I got the cxr..I had got a penile curvature using injections, the cxr, allows for the fix and is the newest I think of all AMS700 but it does not expand in length..so I hope my doctor did not short change me anymore..arghh..anyways..I cant wait to use it in a few weeks or so..

  • @rhdtv2002 I got the Coloplast Titan OTR. I lost some size, too. That's just how it goes. Glad to hear your pain isn't extreme. Trust me, dude, once you get to use it, you'll see it was well worth it. You didn't get short changed. I got mine a few days before my 35th b-day. I'm also diabetic (yeah, it sucks). Good luck, man. Now we can go AAALLL NIIIITE LOOOOOOONG!!!!!!!!!!

  • @alara974 oh yeah..just that 3 days post op..just trying to get through the next 6 weeks with no sex..I feel bad for my woman but she is so invested in this that she got mad that I walked outside for a few minutes - she says I need to take care of "shit"..go figure..lol

  • Soooooooo.... you squeeze your balls and the penis grows??? I'm confused....

It's good to be alive in 2009...Viva! Viva! Viagra!!

  • Yes, there is a pump in your scrotum that inflates or deflates the cylinders in the two erectile cavities of the penis.

  • @GreggReed single loop with a check valve? if not how does deflation occur and how does lateral pressure affect the erection? By lateral pressure meaning the insertion stage of an intercourse.

Does the pump cause discomfort in proximity with your testicles?

  • LMMFAO

  • whoawhoawhoawhoa.............you can show penis on youtube???

  • Just curious. would the patient be given a temporary chemical castrating agent to prevent prolonged erection during post op recovery? In my head I am seeing that a prolonged erection (outside of inflation for hemostasis) would cause a fair amount of pain due to tissue tenderness.

  • I'm not a doctor, but you should remember that patients that get a prosthesis don't have the ability to get a prolonged erection. That's why their doctor prescribes a prosthesis. Thanks for your comment.

  • Whoa...... That's so cool!

  • It fills with fluid to inflate. Other impotence treatments, which doctors recommend, are vacuum devices, injections, and pills, such as Viagra.

  • it like inserting permanent tampons in ur penis

  • They are implanting a penile prosthesis to treat impotence. Diseases and surgery in the area of the penis can keep men from getting erections. The penile prosthesis helps a man who is impotent make his penis get firm.

  • are they putting a robot in his dick??? ?wtf hes wierd
