i only started doing this yesterday and i can't wait to see results like the people in the comments! I find that doing only one though doesn't tire me out, so i've done 4 today and i'll do the rest the next day, for a month.
i made a goal for myself to workout everyday for 30 days. I've been doing your 10 minute videos everyday before going to sleep...eating regulary everyday and drinking only water. I'm on day 15 of my 30 day challenge and i've already lost 12 pounds. It wasn't even hard at all and since I don't really have access to the gym, this works out perfect for me. =) thank you... =)
im 11 turning 12 and if i do the whole entire bootcamp workouts for the summer and try to eat right do you know how much pounds i would lose and will i see resluts everyday by one workout if your just a kid

whenever i stretch my right leg (such as with the stretches at the end) my hip flexor hurts too much for me to stretch it, but the left one is fine. is this just because i need to stretch it more often?
@imajazzbandnerd It's common to have different levels of tightness or flexibility on each side of the body, but yah, you should try to balance them out. Don't stretch to the point of pain!
It's a month-long workout plan where you exercise daily for 4 weeks. It's designed so that you work different muscles each day so rest for those specific muscles is built in.
i use these exercises but i also do my regular workout inbetween days i do these quick workouts, dnt forget to walk atleast 30 mins a day also i m going to invest in a treadmill because i just dnt have time to get my walking in. Talk about single mom with 2 kids work and school. Also just eating a salad instead of your regular sides with dinners makes a huge difference and dnt forget to drink lots of water! I'm doing a combination of this Swimsuit Bootcamp 7-day workouts and the New You bootcamp 7-day workout, then I do 30-60 minutes of cardio and I'm seeing results. I like the small, manageable workouts here
It depends on how much you do it and how much body fat is already on you to get outward results. I do three sparkpeople workouts for my legs alone 5 days a week and I saw results within a week to two weeks.
Wow, I just did videos 1-5 & what a great workout!! This is such a great motivator!! Thinking of making this part of my daily routine for a week to "spark" things up a bit! enjoy
It can make a difference. I know Pilates things really highlight the importance of breathing properly. I also had a core fitness class where I was told that the shape of my ab muscles would depend on if I were breathing in or out when doing crunches.
It's certainly worth trying to do correctly but I wouldn't stress over it too much. I would consider it something for me to work on.

Breathing is exhale and inhale and it is said that since the body has to work to INhale but relax to EXhale that you time that with your moves, crunching up or curling your bicep is where you are working, so you want to breathe OUT and EXhale but when you are releasing your crunch is when your body gets to relax so it's the perfect chance to do the opposite with working your breath to INhale.
Oh my GOSH! I am so glad I did this AFTER my run or I am afraid I would not have been able to make it through my 3 miles. AWESOME, I can feel the burn!
i have a question, if we do not breathe correctly, does it affect the exercise?? cause i'm having a problem where i breathe the Opposite of what she says... ( when she says to exhale, i inhale :X) it's a bit hard to fully control my breathing... :X

It's OK to do more than one of these in a day, but if you do, you'll need to rest from these workouts the next day.

I do 4-5 workouts per day, and i wrote a comment on day 1 and 2 that I lost 50lb with this workouts and ofcourse eating right!

I do 4 of the 7 days every day and I've seen great results. Doing just one day at a time isn't enough of a work out.

it takes about a month or 6 weeks for the effects to become noticeable, but in order to keep that body u need to stay consistent in working out

I too am having trouble breathing as Nichole says. Exhaling usually helps preform, so it's worth trying to keep it up.
