The ability to charge the spin attack was a total buff, since it used to be instantanious, anyway. Adding a charge option is only good for timing attacks that actually have startup lag.

honestly, the only character that can challenge Link is Toon Link cuz he's a toon version of Link, but in my opinion, I think Toon Link is more powerful and more cunning than Link

Yeah it is hard to get that special ball with Link and it's hard to execute his special because you have to be right in front of the enemy perfectly. But Link is still the best.
