Alternate method; Get a box of Q-Tips with plastic sticks. You can usually tell the plastic ones because they'll be blue, or sometimes pink and will be really smooth. Cut the Q-tip in half in the center, then clip the head off the pin. Wrap a layer or two of Scotch tape around the pin so it's a snug fit in the hollow center of the stick, then melt it slightly to secure it.

The cotton won't last as long, but they're easier to make than rolling tiny paper cones.

ok people who say the dart hitting the wall is fake its not. this is all about physics the dart relative to the camera is going to fast so i doesn't pick up on the speed of the projectile

lol, the camera cant catch the speed of the dart, it doesnt magically appear on it, its just too fast for the camera to see how fast he blew it into the wall
