FYI, this house was flooded by 6million gallons of water from several burst water pipes from the second floor bathrooms. According to reports, some of the rooms had been damaged so extensively, they would have to be torn down to the wall studs. The town of Burr Ridge has now deemed the home "unihabitable". Maybe an insurance scam for aplace that was unlikely to ever sell?
No one has ever lived in this house. The guy who built it decided he wanted a house in Florida instead. It is a massive ugly structure on a busy corner with very little in the way of land. I live nearby & I watched them build this thing. I doubt anyone will ever buy this place.
