The "white orb" that is seen floating around could be a videographic error (just like the numerous documentations of "orbs") and the detectors are triggered by faulty wiring.

it could be insect on the lens way out of focus but I'm not sure how this camera works I mean what device triggers recording. If there is an infrared sensor what would not trigger recording ? The insect is on lens not sensor. Second possibility is that there is a software that compares changes between individual frames and that triggers a recording. Movement itself looks like some bug.

It is always strange that they never really talk to an audio or video expert when they do these news stories. Although the newsreader did not say anything which could be interpreted one way or the other, the opinions of the owners does make it seem supernatural. If they had an actual interview with the security company, instead of the newsreader giving a report, or had an expert give his advise, it would seem less biased to the supernatural.

No ghost here. What they conveniently do not tell you is that the image only showed up on 1 of 4 cameras. When they took the camera apart, they found that a spider was living inside the camera. You are seeing the out of focus image of the spider moving around on the other side of the lens. It was exposed in a couple of scientific magazines a couple of months ago.
