That's why I wasn't consistent with the letters (I use 2 equals next to each other in the middle), just to brake the pattern and make it extra confusing!

@ragge0 yeah, that's one good choice! The plates should fit the car's purpose. I actually got none now, haha. Bought it, but didn't register in the police. But I'll need to get them soon to re-paint in papers my car. But it's totally speed camera proof now - the way I like it. I think, cars should be fast otherwise it makes no sense.

Anyways you can easily get an sl600 and do some exhaust mods and bodykit and I bet 99% of you wouldn't be able to tell the difference it's cuz there is non : ) other than better suspension and a few internal improvements that don't really affect sound. Either way I love Mercedes 5.5 v12tt amazing engines they are.

oh my god, this is so amazing, i love how it starts, it doesnt crank like other engines, the whinning sound is like heaven, music to my ears, and the exhaust.... its another story, one of the best exhausts onthe planet. nothing like a v12 rumble.

@maouloud19 my dad has an sl 55 and it has a full whining sound when you start it, this sounds alot more crackling then a v8. Regardless you're right about AMG owners/enthusiasts to notice an AMG.

The suspension is hydrolic, so it lowers itself automaticly after a while standing still with engine off...

@Hamish7777777 on pretty much all new mercedes that cost more than $80,000 including all AMG models have hydraulic suspension...if you stand next to a 2012 CL550 you will hear the air come out of the suspension after a few minutes of the car being off, then when you start it it will raise the car again to give it a more luxury oriented driving feel unless you put it in sport mode

Well, I hope you ment SL600, because S600 is a completely different car/chassi...

But between SL600 & SL65, are a lot of things. Mostly not noticable though!

That means;

Slightly different front fender and exhaust tips.

Bigger brakes, and 500ccm bigger engine with an extra 100+ HP.

But the biggest difference is the price;

SL600 about 1,3 milj SEK, SL65 about 2,2 milj SEK.

You mean 600 & 65..?

It's because Mercedes name their cars pretty logical with ccm in mind.

The 600-name stood (before when they were N/A, for 6000ccm). But for some reason, they have only 5500ccm today!

And the 65 is an AMG, so they name it over there. AMG have allways had only two digits.

But have also come to be a bit unlogical nowadays, because the 65 have only 6000ccm.

And the 63 AMG have only 6200ccm...

Why, I can not say.
