Frollo killed a woman, tried to drown her baby, isolated said baby for 25 years, refused to stop a riot, burned down Paris, sang a song about a plan to rape and murder the female lead and all in the name of God. He's pretty much the evilest animated villain of all time.

Great video DarkLord. I always thought Thrax would fit well as Hades for one of these things.
