I saw the Mission in approximately 1986 at the Paloma Theater in San Diego. I was young, but thought Wayne was such a fool. I saw the Mission again in Tijuana, Mexico a few years later. I was too drunk at that show to know whether it was good or bad. Whether Hussey was a fool or not, I certainly loved this song as a teen. I question its "depth" today, but it certainly brings back memories of those years.
