You should watch HK Uk version. It is a different style of show with no big prize and the contestants are so-called 'celebs' but I think it is more cooking orientated. Most comments from US though call it boring...

not even, the UK version shows almost NONE of the actual cooking, this one shows a lot of the dishes, especially the ones the Chefs create. I like the uk version, but as a Chef, I like the US version much better

Sorry, I've eaten at Ceasers Palace and it was bollocks, the Dover sole was frozen not fresh and the bastards had the the neck to bullshit me and tell me it was fresh. I don't see much coast around Las Vegas for fresh sea fish, let alone the english channel where they are found. A good resteraunt will serve one that is caught within 24 hrs.
