It may be a ground breaking game, but the motorcycle seems to be sliding, it doesn't seem like it is actually hugging the road, it seems more like the map is being pushed under a bike that is pivoting on it.. Is there a first person mode? And how does it compare to say something like Flatout 2 (see my reviews).

I'd also like to know if it runs in Wine, I also play games on Ubuntu Linux. BTW, check out my reviews on Ubuntu Studio, I've got vocoders, highend synthesis and audio/midi routing.

i really hated the sound (got very repetitive for me) and wish there was a bit more depth to the driving (destructibility physics and such) and the world seemed a bit bland at times

The game would have been worth playing if there was an acctuall vehicle physic.

No matter how you drive it will never roll, only bounce while the car is straight.

Since all you do is to hold down the accelerate button, release it when a turn comes and then hold it down for a couple of minutes.
