so should business owners be allowed to spray asbestos in their bar. Should they be allowed to have car fumes running inside their bar for people to breathe? or any other toxic chemicals for people to breathe? Should they be allowed to serve rotton food? after all, if you dont like it you dont have to go there!

Businesses ARE required to post signs, *REMOVE* fire-safety equipment (ashtrays)," INFORM smokers they are in legal violation and subject to penalties." ASK smokers to stop, refuse to give further service to smokers *WHILE* they are smoking. and finally if the individual continues to smoke *ASK* them to leave. Michael J.
