Even though this particular vid is in fact someone's own personal work for school, I can agree with you on the idea that advertisers feel a "banned" or controversial video will get more exposure on the net than on TV. Even if it's not true now, it could possibly happen in the future.

I'm searching for a commercial, I can't remember is about Sprite or Mountain Dew, but is about an UGLY guy who starts to drink another soda and he becames himself cute and cuter, until after 3 or 4 pop cans he s transformed like the cutiest hunk.
