I didn't know Donald Kilgore was the person who proposed to Liz on the air until today.
I was remembering the murder of my friend, Brady Davis in 2006, and I found a video by Donald on the same day and around the same time of this Christian Man's death.
There was a comment from someone else who knew Brady who commented that it was odd that Donald shot the video of Downtown Houston.
