  • 0:56 a pedestrian just decides to open the o/s/r door and walks off

  • That second one (the Honda CRV) was on Top Gear.

  • The van driver hut hes haed aff the windscreen, where's the seat belt!!?!

  • now I know where to go to for entertainment

  • It seems to me that bus users get also punished every time a car gets stuck, they won't go anywhere until the lane has been cleared, so one fellow gets his car ruined and fifty people will be late. is this really happening Europe? 'cause it looks like Afghanistan..

  • So do any of you know that area? How much time are these drivers trying to shave off that going through these bus lanes (knowing these bollards are there) could possibly be worth it?

  • mmm, pure schadenfreude

  • what in the hell is a bus lane?

  • @toobboober some crazy British invention i think, whatever it is i'm glad they don't have them here.

  • @toobboober Lane for a bus.

  • could watch from 0:45 all night :D

  • Comment removed

  • @brandon1ucas Well I think the husband was driving, as the steering wheel is on the right hand side. Still reckless driving though!

  • @brandon1ucas

Pay attention to the side the steering wheel is on, Sherlock. HE was driving.

  • @anivasion so i didn't pay close attention. Get over it! Jesus...

  • serves that 0:46 right. there was a baby and pedastrian, and still going fast.

  • I actually went 'HA!' really loudly at some of the asinine drivers. SERVES THEM RIGHT. I wish they had that here in the States! ^__^

  • gov't assult at it's best... sign,sign everywhere a sign.

  • white van at 1:17 smashed his head on the windshield

  • @outofideas52 Ouch! Wear a seat belt next time.

  • This is just a bit of bad luck

  • Haha hilarious, especially the last one where they risked life and limb with a baby on board! Fucking losers.

  • why cars cannot pass? does it work on weight?

  • @MrNaum97 No, they work with RFID Transponders. Allowed vehicles have transponders in them, which lower the bollards.

  • Lol the last driver's head hit his windscreen. That's what seatbelts are for dumbass!

  • I just can't get enough of this. Not sure how many times I've watched it, but it always cracks me up.

  • Worst enemy of bollards = WOMEN

  • Of course it'd be a woman driver.

  • lol whats the rush?

  • How about just doing what the signs tell you to do and not risk having your transmission crushed?

  • haha the last dude smashed the windshield with his forehead :D:D

  • This music was just made for this video especially the xylophony when those idiots in the 4x4 hit the bollards with full force!

  • I love these people. They try to save 10 sec. And it just costs them a whole lot of money.

  • the second one was such a twat, he accellerated while people were starting to cross, and he had kids in his own car!! twat

  • OMG are the bollards ok lol

  • Bollards may be effective, but the car traps we have in Norway are even better! XD

They're basically holes in the road made on purpose, rendering the road useless for cars under a certain width, even a hummer for instance will struggle to get past, but buses manage quite easily to pass them, they're brilliant car deterrents:p

  • @rallrallnorge

A car trap, in the form of a hole in the ground that a car with a normal width cannot pass, is of no use if the authorised vehicles are anything narrower than a large bus. The van we see passing in this video does not have the required width to pass a car trap. A bollard, on the other hand, is just as flexible as it is effective.

  • I think they should be used in many other locations as well. Especially @ pedestrian crossing areas.

  • in America the people would have ran up and beettin the shit out of that lady mother or not

  • @nspboarder Except the lady wasn't the one driving, it's the dude that got out or the right side of the car that needs the beating. These are right hand drive cars.

  • @atsernov still lolz

  • aaaaaaaajjaajjaja

  • Do they have signs explaining what a "Bollard" is? I have never heard of or seen such a thing before. A lot of tourists must collide with these.

  • @lemonrind they have huge signs saying no entry, buses only.

  • if it for buses how did the royle mail van get pass

  • whats strange about the first guy was his car could easily go around.

  • Uyanıklığın sonu,

    hahahahahhahahhhh!!!uuuauuauauuaahhhh!

  • they must feel pretty stupid when they crash into the bollards ^^ ... everybody's looking at them going "yeah, there's a dumbass who thought he was gonna get away with it" ^^

  • whats funny is their was room for them to sqeeze thru on the bicycle side of the posts. atleast the little car would have made it haha.

  • yeah thats wat i was thinking!!! but u know woem have never been good drivers!!! ahhahaha

  • ha ha serves em right, especially the dozy 4x4 driver prob late gettin to selfridges

  • It's clear from both of these that the drivers knew what they were doing. The first driver stops at the bollards, then reverses back and tries to follow the bus through, the second is going at high speed to beat the bollards. Serves them right.

  • mmm im not from there but what are those things what that they are made ?? only for bus way? or wt?

  • only buses can go that way

  • hahahahhahahahahhahahhahaaa!!!

  • What would you have thought if the second guys baby had flew out of the window. Lolled?

  • Pentdad: The only one i would have felt sorry for would have been the baby, NOT the parents. It would've served them right. They were stupid enough to try and risk it, knowing full well they were putting their own baby's life in jeopardy.. but somehow, i doubt this clip would be on here if there was a baby going through the windshield.

  • lol it would have been rather amusing to see a baby doing a superman.

By the way, I know somone who in an M5 actually mounted the huge kerb on the left (if you were driving) of the bollards. It was so embaressing.

  • haha wot a cunt, took a proper drive at that, the back end comes off ground hahahaha

  • All the bullshit on the roads wasting tax payers money wrecking peoples cars. At the end of the day they have paid there road tax so they should be allowed to drive where they like.

  • Rubbish....Drivers like this are the reason the council installed the bollards in the first place(after 22 pedestrian accidents in 2 years).Accidents have fallen sharply since then.

Now the council have decided to sue drivers for the cost of repairing the bollards.(considerably more than the cost of a cracked sump).

  • @steve1mufc - ah, the prawn sandwich brigade speak

  • fit 46" tryes, suspension lift, and axle lift and you can drive right over them

  • there not a scandal. If somebody is not suppose to be there, then you got to keep them out. its better to have us lanes that way people "paying" can travel faster and no smaller vehicles are harmed. yea you can lose your life but thats at your own risk trying to tresspass.

  • I quite agree, if they are idiot enough to risk using it as a cut through, whatever, then they pay the consequences, and a rather expensive one at that!

    Serves them right!

  • These bollards are a scandal, why pose such a danger only to stop people using bus lanes !

  • 0:46 his airbag slams the twats face, impressive.

At least motorbikes are allowed in bus lanes :D

  • I want to open an autobody shop there!

  • whats funny is that the first driver did it with purpose and failed miserably!! lol

  • I dont know how clear the signs are around the bollards but it looks awfully dangerous crashing into them - especially if you have children in the back and really bad if kids are not belted in!

  • Nah, they aren't dangerous enough. There needs to be claymore mines and swinging logs like there were in Star Wars III, remember?

  • This should teach people to be PATIENCE, not try to cut or steal lane. LOL!!! This bollards helps people to be learn to obey the regulations & traffics. Great Bollards!!

  • That comment should teach people to be PATIENT, and stay in school.

  • Brilliant

  • This is the funniest thing ive seen yet and an insurance company nightmare it hurts from laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • idiots

  • lmao me and i saw sum1 hit 1 of them they were well pissed! lol

  • what a stupid cunt rofl

  • Feckin idiots hope they all had a hefty repair bill! hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

  • No the bollards were not a stupid idea! They are a great idea!!! There are signs and warnings everywhere around the bollards to if a person is stupid enough to try to drive over them they deserve everything they get. By the way, it is BUS not BUSS.

Human stupidity cant be beaten, go bollards!!

  • @MadmanCZ

It is stupid ass idea these need to be made of a flexible but durable plastic.

They only need discourage drivers but not stop a vehicle dead in it's tracks as that will injure someone. It's a buslane not a high security military installation.

  • @Membrane556 Thing is, tossers in 4x4s would just flatten them then. These are much better - you physically do not get away with traffic offences without looking like a total twunt.

  • people know its there they're just tryin to cheat it

  • ROFLMAO

  • LOL

  • How come the same video ended up being posted by so many users?

  • When is a bus lane not a bus lane?

When a car impaled on a set of bollards closes it!

  • Did the guy in the Iveco actually crack the windshield with his head? That must have hurt...
