  • There is an error in the title : this song is "Aloha E", and not "Aloha 'oe". "Aloha E" means "This is only an "au revoir" (a good-bye) and not a farewell : we will meet again", while "Aloha 'oe" means "Aloha to you" or "May God's love be on you". The first one is a traditional, I don't think the composer is known, while Aloha 'oe is a love song composed by hawaiian queen Lili'uokalani. And the words of the two songs are completely different.
