Last I checked, 初音ミク brought up Hatsune Miku. Just shove it into google or youtube and see who that brings up. Also, those are Miku's ribbons. Her hair color varies from green to blue, or blue/green depending on who draws her.

This is still Gumi, probably with the ribbons to emphasize the song being with her Miku Append. It's confusing, but I'm pretty sure that this is Gumi. Also, can't you see that all of the related videos are of Gumi, not Miku? That suggests only more that this is Gumi.

@MK98ification That's kind of the point of Appends in Vocaloid. Hatsune Miku Append is a different version OF Miku, just as the Appends for the Kagamine twins are different versions of the Kagamine twins. Still the same vocaloid, but with a different kind of voice.

Hatsune Miku Append are all Hatsune Miku, and they include Sweet, Dark, Soft, Light, Vivid, and Solid. I'm guessing this one is dark. It makes her voice sound both deeper and smoother.

1. People have talked about Gumi in this video, which could trigger a related key word causing her to show up.

2. Gumi isn't the only one that shows up. Other Vocaloids are shown, meaning the related videos are triggered by "vocaloid" and not just "gumi".

Notice how Gumi videos have the following: 彼葉唄 and not 初音ミク.

Just look up "Hatsune Miku Mr. Wonder" in English.

-like the name- Miku has the most appends. Like they change the voice in some way. her 'dark' append gives her a deeper fuller voice while her 'soft' append gives her a light flutterly and almost younger tone. basically they are different tones miku can sing.
