The DOW was cents short of its 10 year low today and another 50% decline is likely within the next month or so. There was almost a major currency dislocation last night that could have potentially forced our federal government into bankruptcy if central bankers didn't take quick action.

The markets won't recover until we stop fiddling with the markets to restore confidence and liquidity and drain out the bad debt.
