  • too much acrobatics, less passion.

  • Yeah I don't understand the high-heels thing either. I know of no serious turkish dancer who wears heels when they dance. That said, I'll take Turkish over Egyptian any time.

  • awesome :D

  • Bathe her, and brrrring her to ME !

    COME to ButtHead...

  • great !!!

  • damn this was really amazing !

  • Nice performande and good body work

  • @ shikdance04.......gtfo. turkish belly dancing trumps boring egyptian style any day sweetie =]

  • Why crawl own and ruin our beautiful costumes and dance around in heels? I dont get it.

    More egyptian bellydance please!

  • no me gusta con tacones ¬¬ se ve vulgaaar ¬¬

  • oh man i jsut got a hard on right now. damn

  • what is the name of the song?? i love it

  • Tell that to the greatest belly dancers in the world: Tulay Karaca and Didem...!

  • the only reason a dancer dances with heels is because its easier to dance lolo not harder. it makes chimmys so much easier ..... try it

  • if you can do it with the heels.. that means you are very good :) all belly dancers know this.

  • i dance heels and it is fun!

  • this is arabic music

  • No it did not start in the Harems. But I believe the women dancing for women statement is only one piece of the puzzle. How about male dancers?

  • The dancing isn't bad, though turkish costumes don't leave much to the imagination :)

One thing I wanted to point out to a previous poster, belly dance didn't originate in harems. I'd implore you to research belly dance & it's history. Bedouin ladies have been dancing for hundreds of years for many reasons (weddings/births ect). It's a dance for women, by women. I know this because I spent quite a few years out in the Middle East and made friends with quite a few people & tribes out there.

  • Agree fully with what you're saying. I personally like tribal oriental dance more with lots of cloth, ribbons and coins hihi. Anyway.. it's a shame the westernized harem is for many still the source of this beautiful art. If they just knew harem originally is the core of the house and not a place for unknown men to look at half naked women. But a place for women to talk and drink tea with other women and pretty much just the men from the family is allowed to enter there rofl.

  • buyuk ricam nolur bu sarki varsa biriside beni gonderebilicek imkan varsa bana youtubedan mesaj yaz<3

  • The part with high heels it's true it's amoust impossible to dance this kind of muzic. But skinny no way MAC they are how it's supoze to be .

  • Nice video and talented dancers, thats true^^

but you don't perform this dance wearing heels!!

and the girl wearing the green/yellow veils is gifted but has no waist...that actually means that she is not so fit for this dancing.

Only traditionally speaking of course, other than that it is a nice video.

  • guzel dvd bravooooooo..

  • nice video, I would like to know the title of the song. Thanks Mery

  • magnifica

  • Bueno supongo k esta bien pero no megusto mucho la coriografia de este BellyDance.

  • Ne guzel yaa

  • ay benim gibi dans ediolar :D

  • what's the name of this tune and who made it? i like this! i do bellydance myselff!

  • there's no name for the tune and no one made it ,that's the arab turkish music that you can find in almost all the arab songs.

  • how long did it take you to learn and do things like zat.??

  • it takes time of course, but you will learn it fast if you have a flexible body. if you haven't got that, it can take a while. i took lessons for two years and in the meanwhile i danced with my teacher at restaurants.

  • i bet u must b gr8 at it!!i was thinking of starting belly dancing.i am 14 and my body is kinda flexible..so u think 2 yrs might b enough to knw bellydancing?!

  • yeah, and if you want to be like al those bellydancers on youtube, you can dance even longer if you want. if you really go for it, you can achieve (almost) everything.

  • hunny... u need more than that. I'm a belly dancer. But if you practicee everyday you would be surprised on how much you can accomplish.

  • turkish artist Asena

  • ouaaaou !!

  • Can somebody tell me the name of that song? Or the writter??? I need it, please!

¿Alguien conoce esta canción? Nombre del tema o del compositor, etc...Gracias:)

hello from brothr country turkey ^^

  • Wow..great dancers!!! Their moves are sooo smooth.

  • not turkhish! turkish !!

  • make it happen man, that is cool

  • that is cool, keep it up man

  • High heels and back bends~ Great way to destroy your spine!

  • I have doing back bends for fifteen years in high shoes, it has never done me any harm. You are such a bore if that is all you can think about commenting when you see these beautiful dancers who can do amazing things with their bodies. I found this vid very entertaining.

  • No it is not all I think about. Of course I appreciate and admire their dancing. I, too was a belly dancer. I learned the hard way and had a spinal fusion last year. Please continue what you're doing if you wish. I hope you never have to endure what I am still suffering. Peace.

  • Sorry to hear that. Blessings and healing to you. Love, Ishtar.

  • Did you used to wear high heels? I just had a knee surgery, I believe my Turkish drops helped it out over the years :( I wonder if the heels help on the shimmies...

  • I never bellydanced in heels except once when I wore some high heel boots to perform a Moroccan Shikat dance. The following day I couldn't get out of bed. Heels cause your pelvis to be thrown forward. I don't see how they could help with shimmies. Do them barefoot, knees bent slightly~you'll get a lot of movement going. Heels really restrict movement you can see the difference by comparing the videos of Hale Sultan Arabic Dance & Hale Sultan 2. They're on my channel!

  • Oh yes~ I did wear high heels often for work and going out on the town. Loved the way they looked~Just found out the hard way how bad they are. Check with a chiropractor or podiatrist if you aren't sure of me.

  • nul!!!!!!!!

  • I Like the technic and streching /acrobatic and the gorgious belly work.

But can it be that the video plays more fast than the dance in original was?

That´s very sad, becouse I thing the work of Arms and hands would be lovely to watch if it was more slowly.

  • turkish are amazing belyldancers

  • love her energy, every time I c it, she's so cute

  • Super movements, especially with heels which adds difficulty for dancer but also seems to add some more pizazz, femininity and elegance to routine. Five Stars easy.
