If you notice the guy has surgical scar type line coming down you can see on the right side of his forehead, and I have been trying to figure out do some people undergo surgery to have something implanted. I've notice a lot of older male actors have it, and I know some in my family that have been in the military. You can see Mel Gibson's cleary and Anthony Hopkins and other actors, so if anyone knows what it is speak up because I know it has some mind control, mkultra or something tied to it.

I must say that I can kinda see the draconian face but as far as the voice, not so much , what I'm curious about is the white dot that appears there before you can see the face .
