That movie made me so angry I cried like half the movie because it was so sad her life sucked and ichigo made it better again. And then they forget her but it was obvious that in the end it was her and ichigo did remember her to so ya. In which Urahara replies saying it was exceedingly rare. Could this mean it is exceedingly rare for a shinigami to remember "lost events"

Furthermore, could this mean that Ichigo smiling at the end of the movie was no random moment but somewhat of Ichigo approving Senna finally gaining what she had always wanted?

To say Senna will never be remembered by Ichigo is unbearable! :(

Senna did die. Her spirit, if you call it that, faded away. The girl that Ichigo saw at the end wasn't her: it was another possibility living a totally different life likely with a completely different name. If you exchange body and mind, only the mind would define the person. When that information is gone, it's only proper to define that being as dead. Senna is gone, the girl on the streets is not her; the tradgedy is that Senna will not be remembered by anyone, not even Ichigo..

Not really. Movie characters are not MEANT to exist in the canon. They're like filler characters. So no one should replace anyone. Senna got to live her own life as a normal girl, and that was the perfect closure. It would be absolutely -stupid- to bring her back in after she got the chance to live a normal life.

@Shaddow741 its not heartless in the slightest, the bleach movies can be considered as their own individual little worlds which never ever link in with the manga/anime with the exception of the characters increasing powers. they don't tie in anywhere between story arcs, they are completely seperate individual one offs, and for that reason no new people in the films would retain in the anime, and besides if u read the manga orihime was/is never ichigos love interest, it wud more likely by tatsuke
