k where the heck is your rubber type washer in the cover. If you dont have it the metal cover will melt and stick to the other metal part behind the vairator.

I have now bought a portable 12v impact wrench from ebay. I have to say it has come in very handy and is perfect for stuff like this, I use it all the time. Will be posting videos of performance clutch and full engine rebuild soon.
