Atfer watching sibviun systema clips on the old you tube, it makes wish there was'nt a cold war during the 80's when i a kid so therefore i could have had easier access to systema instead of karate, cause i tell you my karate training was no good, ofcourse my instuctor is an good martial artist but for me i could find any practical technques so long story short i would get beat up alot, so to me if i would have had systema it would have saved me alot of headaches and heartaches, good job.

I do appreicate that sibviun systema is generous of all these video clips unlike other self defense systems are limited and you would have to buy there over priced dvds, i mean sure we all have to make a living but for people like me who have a hard enough time making ends meet, it would be impossible to buy there material buts for sivbiun which has remakable clips of self defense and i can really appreciate what that is availible to someone who does'nt have alot of money to spend, thank you.

I've trained for a while in bujinkan ninjutsu and some cross training with other arts to a degree. Noticed some similarity with taijutsu technique, or more so body mechs. Just wondering if neone who studies this has had the chance to apply it on the street? Not doubting it would just like to know, its certainley very flowing and overpowering art.

Maybe because ive only trained in systems which spar with full or near full resistance but these techs and strategies dont seem like theyd work in combat.Are there any vids of application in full contact setting.Its showing grappling and strikes so combat sambo or mma would be a good avenue to pressure test it without risk of serious injury.

It's an interesting concept of self defence, natural and therefore obviously highly practical. I don't see much difference from Systema of Ryabko, Vasiliev, Starov and others. It belongs to a family of Russian martial arts that are have a bright future due to their scientific, experienced and realistic approach.Russians have gone far away in martial proficiency than anyone else. What does "viun" mean in English.

Hop - as the twisted plant filling empty space, braiding thicker trunks of trees and aspiring upwards on spiraleobraznoj the trajectories, moving from one plane of space in the second and the third.
