P4 - Ending: Bad ~ Farewell /w Credits

So how do you get that ending? Do you choose to throw Namatame or whatever his name is into the tele or do you not chase after Adachi?

I only played the game once after it came out and just recently got it again.

One of the things that you notice as well, is that your friends just stand there. The good ending shows them run along side the train. It's as if THEY know you screwed up as well...

Most of the players who will play this for the first time will definitely get this ending... Unless you really analyze everything... I did get this the first time, but when I played it the second time and tried to analyze everything... I got the normal ending, and then on my third play I got the true ending... And the song credit at the bad end is the clue that you missed something else (If you know where this BGM was playing... ^_^)

@zacks1314 Both endings seem nice because Souji's gotta leave either way, but analyze it, bad ending sucks because you played the game only to know in the end that after game, they'll die eventually.

The bad ending is much worse in p3, but more subtle.

when you go barging in to namatame's room after the cops bring ryo dojima back to his hospital ward; yosuke will talk to you and ask for your opinion on what to do with namatame...

this part is crucial, you have to answer everything exactly in order to get true ending lol, mail me if you want to know what to say exactly: don't wanna spoil it for everyone!

When I got this ending the first time after that hospital scene, I watched the whole thing with my mouth agape. Then I was yelling "WTF UNSATISFYING ENDING" for a few minutes. Then I realized, wait a minute! That's way too many unanswered questions! Plus we didn't find Teddie or get the Fool Social Link maxed out! And thus I replayed that December 5th day about 6 times thereafter.

actully not. each tv ends in a different place at midnight channel, it would be just like trip walking from MC`s city to inaba, but throught an uknown way and full of shadows trying to kill you. if i was MC and i miss them, i would ride a tram to inaba, its a lot easier o.o

thats why they always go to the midnight channel throught the same tv: the Junes TV

I think that because Ameno sagiri was only a part of Izanami(I think), he wasn't the real source, and it was actually her. Like when it went all foggy when you discovered her true identity.

One also has to remember that the investigation team did not kill him in December. He even says that he'll return if humans call on him. Since he was birthed from Izanami and the two seem connected, it can be safe to say that he perished when she died in March 2012, destroying the source of the fog and restoring the Sea of the Unconscience. That's my two cents, anyway.
