I have a neutral opinion on this. But the ref called the foul because of the contact. The reggie miller rule states that no player is allowed to kick out their legs during a shot to draw contact. But the contact was already drawn. You can still kick out the legs after the contact is made but he's not allowed to create contact with the leg. Good foul. But it is still debateable nonetheless
