@pHaTdProductions What difference would a tripod make? The D90 simply does NOT autofocus in video mode. I have a D7000 and it autofocuses just fine, in my hands OR on the tripod.

Which program did you use to edit the video. I never get this kind of quality with imovie. Can you please share the output settings?
