Thank you so much! I believe this really came at the right time when I have been feeling alot of anger & resentment inside. There are certain individuals who can stir wrathful feelings toward them because they can be so desrepectful & cruel. but at the same time I know it's best to repress those feelings and pray. My hardest thing is when they also claim to be christian, but some not and they will not reason to see what they do. I just walk away and ask "Lord help me forgive them".

I truly believe God forgives me & starts anew. I find that I'm super hard on myself. I can't forgive myself for the past. I pray for this daily. Do you think you could pray for my boyfriend? I go to school in North Carolina and he is still in Florida and he's having an extremely hard time. He talked to me the other day; he said he was really hurt, then he was mad at me for leaving and he got wasted a couple of times on alcohol to get rid of the pain for a few hours. He's promised that he would stop but he still needs praying for anyway and I don't think I can do it by myself.

It takes such an inner strength to recognize weakness and hurt in ourselves and pull back from taking it out on someone or something that is bad for us, and only creates more hurt. i remember feeling so hurt, followed by anger that was really bad, because i was mad not only at him, but at everyone and the person i was most angry with was myself. after a couple of months i thought to myself, ok, i forgive him and all my anger was gone. it was one of the best feelings in the world to let it go, though it took a long long time. felt like a great relief.
I like the part when you said: "Forgive yourself and move on, too." I know what it means theoretically to forgive myself, but the move on is the tough part for me. I carry the guilt long after the issue is over. Thanks for the video, its good for my wellbeing to reflect upon these situations.

yes we have to go through the motions on our own no matter how many ppl tell you not to worry etc but truth is you only listen to yourself and believe jsut go through the motions because when you actually go through something by yourself it really is a wonderful experience no maater what i also think its god way of helping you because your not ever alone hes always there:) and your life is just more light and sunny just go through the motions :) and thank you tiffany you come at right moment
