  • LOL, it's edited

  • on the way to office............?

  • nice suit

  • You really respect dips when you are dressed so appropriate.

  • Comment removed

  • i did 33 dips but before that i was doing some pull ups..does pull ups affect my triceps ,shoulder and chest strenght?Because i don`t feed that it tires my arms...

  • Holy....

  • Meaningless getting down slowly is much harder.

  • @BoneBeast this is much alike Plyometrics bro, it develops muscular endurance and explosiveness more than strength alone. Power = Force X Distance / Time. So its great to do Plyometrics to improve timing. Force is from strength/weight training

  • Is this what you do before you go to work in the morning or something?

  • its difficult to do them fast

  • Careful. You could at least go to the middle of that beam thing.

  • 46*

  • @IronLighting learn how to count before making a comment retard

  • @brando726 hmm i don't count right, sorry.

    But i don't think i'm in a forum, so i think i don't do a retard respons ;P

  • Before go to work x)

  • Very nice! I love it when guys train in suits! XD

  • 47 dips are great, but you shouldn't go down so fast or so low! You stand a greater chance of injuring yourself by ripping your deltoids or pectorals doing that. Control is the key! I know that for martial arts you want quick-twitch muscles, but you can achieve that in a less risky & more productive way: lower yourself in a controlled manner until arms are level, then explode up & off of the bars (get airborne), & then catch yourself with slightly bent arms (not locked) for one rep. Try it!

  • nice but your doing half the rep you damage more musles on the negative which is when you go down, so your doing a full rep

  • @JohnFuckingScott He's asian, and ninja obviously. So what did you expect?

  • hahah must look fucking retarted from the other side of the fence only seeing his head go up en down like that haha

  • close but no cigar. Alot of the dips werent done to a full extension of the arms, so in the eyes of competition, they dont count.

  • lunchtime workout jajajaja

  • Chuck norris can do 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 in half a second. Bitch.

  • If you do this fast, it is easier, so it has not a really big effect..

  • You have done very well, young grasshopper. Now you're ready to defeat The Dark Lord.

  • exceptional work!

  • GUAOOO! only people who do dips, knows that you really are a machine. Congratulations. I´m 51 years old and every other day, go to the park and do

ten series of ten. It feels great.

  • I counted 48...

  • At the end , you feel the power of superman ?

  • your life looks like relax , realy cool :)

  • Yeah I do that as well before heading out to work... 0.o

  • this dude start lookin like a fuckin fish outta water after 45 seconds

  • I'm gonna do a response video: 47 dips in 47 weeks.

  • @Rexdog96 ROFLMAO !

  • @Rexdog96 if you do this without moving from the bars, i'd be amazed

  • hiciste solo 42

  • mmm I think It's fake, look at the houses back there, they never move LOL

  • @SuperstereoGenova it's not bro... notice the car moving in the background, and sometimes he lifts his chest too much

  • @TDMasterpiece I was joking man :D

  • 24 dips are good, keep it up my friend :)

  • @phanca99 the UK? awesome strength bro

  • good shit....i only at 24 dips

  • @crazu00 I stretch out my deltods and all part of my body, therefore I manage to avoid from injuring my deltoids when doing dips like that. In the beginning, take your time and get the correct form then increase your speed eventually when you get use to the explosive movement.

  • how do u manage not to hurt your deltoids doing it that fast?

  • All your base are belong to us

  • Comment removed

  • i would probably die after that n im fit enough

  • I watched this because of the sexy thumbnail.

  • looks like he is only using one arm

I wanna be strong like you, but I don't know if my body can change -.-

I'm slim :/ .. I want to grow into muscle But this is possible without a hair grease

  • At the end you start to use momentum to push yourself up still a good job though

  • what, no tie?

  • awsome

  • @kaiserdragon33 stop eating gluten. Eat Meat, vegatables, and Oats.

  • @fatjackizback Oats have gluten in them.

  • @gaboi2000 no fail joke

  • james bond does his best work in suits

  • At the end you reminded me of a frogie... O_O and ill just draw on arm muscles along with my texter abs... =D

  • I hope you don't workout like this, or you might do some damage to your arms. If it's just a show of strength, then props man, you're fucking strong as hell.

  • good job! but for dips, youre going way too low. not saying you dont gain extra strength, but its not necessary. plus it makes you make that skeeting motion with your body at the end when you tired out

  • jebać chińczyków

  • Well done..

  • Someones Going to be the next Chuck Norris

  • i bet ya the abs in the pic are his! :)

  • Thumbs up if you actually checked if it was 47 dips in exactly 47 seconds. :)

  • Nice dress, was that ur weeding?

  • @JohnFuckingScott haha i guess he means "business" when he works out

  • Yes, you will feel quite rewarding after each workout. You feel there is life in you and full of energy. The only hard part is to start a workout...in the beginning you most of us feel lazy but once we get the momentum going...trust me you want to workout more and more...

  • @phanca99

Wow, it's great hearing these words! Thank you for the inspiration!

  • @phanca99 i wish so much i had a good shape on my body.. there is no sign of muscle.. i get tired immediately.. im tall and skinny.. i suck at all sports.. only thing i want is to look good ..i want to have energy.. i wanna feel like the duracell ad bunny! for a higher self confidence ... would you say anything to a loser like me? :( any kind of advice or.. whatever?

  • @kaiserdragon33 wow man that's pretty depressing. here's some advice, in three easy steps.

    1) get some self esteem (this is key)

    2) go to the gym a minimum of 3 times a week, every week. (look into a program like Starting Strength, google it)

    3) do that for a year and I guarantee you you'll be strong and feel fantastic.

all it takes is discipline. consistency is key

  • @kaiserdragon33 hey I am thinking that your biggest problem is YOU. How could you call yourself a "loser". For a start you need to cut that out. Before getting into any kind of training you need to get your mental state right. You can't just "get" self esteem. Forget about how you do at sports and all that stuff. Just focus on doing what you enjoy and don't analyse whether you are good or not. Maybe you get tired because you are unmotivated owing to low esteem. Start simple and small steps. Win.

  • @kaiserdragon33 what i do is go out for a cycle at least 4 times a week for 3-5 hours a day and swim and all that stuff but whatever your sport keep trying force yourself to finish.

  • @phanca99 yeah i feel exactly the same , i started doing alot of pull ups and dips in the stadium near me , and every time i start i feel like being lazy as fuck but then 10 pullups for the warm up and at the end i finish my workout after doing nearly or over 150 pull ups , after that i feel tired and energetic , but you get more confidence and you feel more calm its like mental rest

  • @phanca99 i can see what you mean about the momentum thing.. you were trying to fly at about 0:48

  • the last ones looked very exhausting and funny :P

i do workouts myself every evening.1 day breast and arms, the other one abdominal and back.feels very good to go asleep after :D

  • All reps had a full range of motion, while in slacks and a dress shirt. Straight animal.

  • Thats crazy dude! Way to go

  • Now quickly do some triceps pressdowns to completely exhaust the triceps

  • Thanks for all the comment guys!

Yes a little workout only takes 47 seconds before heading out, so no excuses like, " I don't have time." right guys? lol

  • @phanca99 Thanks for the videos man, you're awesome

  • @phanca99 - True, but most people WILL get injured if they try doing that kind of hard work often without proper prehab or joint work. Great work, though!

  • @PatrickSmithPhD u just have to warm up before and things so u wont breake muscles or y

  • @luckyduckfuck - I'm sorry, are you asking me a question? Yes, you should do joint preparation before doing this stuff unless you specifically train to not have to.

  • @phanca99 Wow 47 Dips amazing you should train with weighted vest. How much you weight?

  • i can do that

  • at 0:57 "fuck this , im going to work now "

  • i swear this guy's videos are so random, yet he just does something so awesome that it makes it impossible to hate on him!!!!!

  • Bruce Lee can do 2 Billion ... ;D

  • Those last ones dosen't count, he can't start 2 do it in 1 way @ beginning and end in another way.

  • @Husmusenhusmusen Haha wtf man? human beings muscles do get tired?! wtf get off the internett u troll.

  • A lil workout before your off to work, badass.

  • chuck norris can do 1 billion....

  • @xNinjaEdge Chuck norris is hairy, old, and pretty damn tired of comments like yours.

  • @JohnFuckingScott cuz he means business.

  • without noticing the car driving across in the background, i would have thought this was speed up, lol^^

  • haha that could be your workout every morning before work, wont make you late either only takes 47sec

  • Nice job. But try not to move your legs towards the end of the set as that can cause you to lean forward. Or simply bend your legs!

  • Comment removed

  • hahahahahah just a qucik before work , eh ? :P PRO !

  • Now try doing 47 in 3 mins, you;ll see thats way harder.

  • @TVAExtreme yeah thats way harder. hahahahha. but he did good enough.

  • Bravo !!..

  • This guy looks like superman...

  • You know if a neighbor had videoed you from one of those windows you know how it wud have turned out - you were riding something big - maybe oprah winfrey lol

  • This is good but i don't advise you do this for training, i know you like Bruce Lee, and this would definitely not build explosive power, try doing clap dips or something, good job.

  • how can you do this?!

  • Lol, pretty soon he's going to rip off his shirt and demand kryptonite be removed from the premises so he can finish training xP

  • @JCLYM DUDE I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SAY HE LOOKS LIKE SUPERMAN LOOOL WOW epic shit x3

  • @PandaMagicFTW Lol I'm glad someone caught my ref. :P I guess it could be considered 'epic shit'? lmao
