What effect were you using at 8:05? Also I have a bugera 333xl and was wondering about what your eq setting are for the clean, crunch, and lead channels. Do you have a video were you show your settings?
@Guitarfreak365 Yes, I know i am answering my own question. decided to check your videos and see if i could find a video were you talk about your settings which i did find. Any way if any one else was wondering the same thing just copy paste this in the search bar "Bugera 333XL. Dingle's settings." Thanks man for posting a video!
These Line 6 stompbox modelers are unreal. I got the M5 one to stick in the FX loop of my Bugera 333XL. I wanted to throw chorus and delay on my cramped pedalboard and got the M5 for the same price as two decent aforementioned single pedal types. It's just like the M9 or M13, +100 effects to choose from, but one effect at a time, no looper. YET some of those effects are themselves two combined effects, awesome ones include Tape Delay+mod, or Autovolswell+delay. A swiss army knife pedal!
@naruto15061992 They are all different units, it depends what you need. I just wanted to replace my rack mount FX that I used to use, the M13 was the perfect solution.
@naruto15061992 Try as many as you can, there's so many great ones to choose from. I use Morely Wah pedals, I also have a dunlop but I don't use it much.
@SlaughterTheMurlocs Realy? Ok dude. I love it but I appreciate it's not for everyone. At 8:05 it was just some delay and reverb through the amps loop. The only effect in this thing that I've ever used in front of the amp with this unit is the "screamer".
@SlaughterTheMurlocs Thanks man, appreciate your support. The M13 can be used in whats called a 4 cable system (look it up on the line6 site, not enough space here). You can asign effects to the loop or in front of the amp. I use mine this way, mods and delays in the loop, OD in front. I think I have a vid showing 2 OD pedals, and the OD from the M13. Practically nothing in it, it sounds very organic.
@rob61091 No it doesn't. In fact it's probably the only unit I've ever used that doesn't. When I unplug it from the FX loop, the only change in the sound is the noise of the amp comes back.
can you have 4 modulations at the same time or 2 modulations plus 1 filter then delay???or any kind of combination???or does it have to be drive, mod, delay and reverb or filter??i just wanna know,,it would be a great help if somebody can answer this,,i'm planning to get one,,thanks
@TheZeatchurator You can have any combination you choose. If you press the pots in, it selects a different effect type each time. I might just do a demo of that feature soon.
@dingle1 you can run it through a 4 cable system, i mean i link your guitar to the m13's input, the m13's effects send to the amp's input, the amp's send to the m13's return, and the m13's output to the amp's return. So that you can also set wich pedals stay before and after your pre amp
Wow thats cool. Didn't know you could do that. How do you asign which effects you want to the loop and out front? I'd love to be able to set it up like this.
I don't really know how you do it because it's my bandmate's pedal. Although you can check the manual or watch Toneking's youtube video that explains that really well. You Have 4 'lines' with three switches which right? you can set 1 'line' before the pre amp and the other 3 after the pre amp, or 2 before and 2 after, or 3 before and 1 after. So that u can put your Filters, Distortions, Comps, Wahs, and Noise Gates before the pre amp and your Mods, Reverbs and Delays after the pre amp.
hold down the looper button. on the fx3 screen set the bottom parameter to post fx2. then you will have the first two fx running into your pre and the last two into your loop. hope that helps. I also have a vid explaining how to use a footpedal with this unit.
Thanks for the info guys. I'm now running it with FX 1 set to pre with a tube screamer, comp and noise gate. The rest is all through the loop. Awesome.
Ever tried this thru the effects loop

@dingle1 mmm so... the x3 .. hd500 and other are cabinet and head simulator too.. instead m13 is a fx unit right?
do you think that i can get the warm tone of 80's heavy metal (judas priest sound) with the m13? (plugged in a 333xl?)
