Looks and sounds beautiful - I had a '49 Custom back in the '60's - in Australia they were all 4 doors and were assembled here from imported Canadian components.
All were V8 with leather upholstery. Followed that one with a '50 model but always loved the '49 best. Thanks for uploading - I am very jealous.
Fcarrera, there is no chance whatever that this a 50 Ford. All the clues are there--exposed fuel cap( 50 had a flap over it), f-o-r-d on the front of the hood (50 had a sheild-shaped badge), pull-out doorhandles (50 had pushbuttons on fixed handles), small pointed parking lights (50 had a larger square light). these are just a few, I could go on forever, but you get my drift. The fan belt could have been changed.
Your Ford is 50, why? Because of the belt, why ford belt 49 is thick and the thin belt is now 50 and with his ford ta alternator that did not have was the generator, but ta nice car, or just have adapted to the belt.
every time i wacth this, my jaw drops! it is just amazing! ive got a flatty 6 in mine. i love the paint job and everthing else on the car!
