This is seriously. The most amazing video I've ever seen. It's absolutely beautiful to me, maybe not to others, but to me. And I think that's what art is. Honestly I was speachless for a bit while I tried to think of words to describe this video. And the music is incredible with the video. The video reminds me of a nice, euphoric, lush mushroom trip with some cannabis. Everything is so warm and inviting and wonderful. Truly great. Good job man. Well done.

this guy clearly has some talent and has paid attention to matching the music to the visuals. it really seems to fit, esp at 3:23. the paint in the woods is an almost disturbing contrast- makes you want to clean it up, makes you think of your hands sticky with paint. can see how both are about childhood. thanks for uploading.

The video has some nice shots, sure, but those writings are some pretentious and gratuitous stuff. The music has nothing to do with that.

@neodkl a bit vague maybe, but pretentious? It's just how the song inspired me at the time. I think we can all agree that a lot of the Boards' music is inspired by and deals with themes of childhood. The multicolored paint relates to childhood. The painted sentence relates to childhood. I never said it was a masterpiece...it was just something that I enjoyed making and that I feel was a pretty genuine expression of what I was feeling at the time.

@xxmarka I perfectly agree with you, and on top of all the stuff you wrote, it's a music clip. And music clips have often nothing to do with the music, they are often an attempt to translate the feeling carried by the music and i think it's, then, rather subjective. It's been worked, i can watch that and that's good for me, because it sticks to the music and i think most people would agree with me. It's not about meaning but with propensity to stick with the rhythm.

@PattyMMelt My exact thoughts. We need to create a new language or at the very least new words to describe how I or we feel when we here these songs. Often nature is conveyed side by side with BoC but it seems more human and real to me. They take you back to innocent times while also telling you to keep yout eyes open in the future. Love whats around you & don't waste time.

The only thing I would have changed is the camera -- it needs some stabilization. If your camera has a tripod then you can just hold the tripod in the very middle to stabilize it.

I used a tripod in a couple of the shots showing text as well as the paint drizzling shots, but I see what you mean...I kind of had to work within the motif of "crappy homemade video" though since that was what it was lol

thats an amazing video to watch a few weeks before you go to college, amazingly edited, it brings a harsh reality that i won't see half my friends again, but the setting and style of the video reminds me of my early childhood watching beck and aphex twin videos etc. thus sort of symbolizing starting over again.
