@VelroX3 I pretty sure you can, but you will still need a exporting software like Xploler 360 or Xport to access the data. See, when the Xbox formats the Drive its making to partitions, one for Public Data, and another for Xbox Data like, Halo Maps, profiles, ect. So to beable to access the Xbox Data you need something like the software I listed above.. Also try looking around on ModHalo.net, they probably have something for just doing that..
