  • @ChanceEncounters sure, I'll contact you again in the next 2 weeks to get the copy of Apt then. Yes, it's for private screening only. The thing that I would upload only the credit where you put my name on it. You know for just showing off to my friends LOL. Btw, sorry to contact you via video comment as I can't send private message to you as your account is locked.

  • @nataliakome1 No problem! Will get you sorted - yes your name is in there for sure ;-) No problem! So busy with The Veil:Unmasked Edition and The Timeslip - but will get you the copy sorted. I added you, should be good now! :-)

  • @ChanceEncounters Thanks for the reply man. Unfortunately I don't live in the states or in UK. I live in Asia. Btw, where do you exactly put my name into, the Apt or The Veil? My initial is SS. If it's The Veil then I can try to buy it via amazon (I saw The Veil there though I'm not sure if they can send it to my country). But if it's Apt then it would be nice if you can upload it somewhere special for me (in 4shared.com perhaps). You can delete the movie after I finished downloading it

  • @ChanceEncounters Hi man, how r u. I'm wondering how and where can I watch this movie. I just remember that I was one of the sponsor of this short movie and would love to see this (also see my name on it! LOL).

  • ive seen this trailer a few times and its still eerie.

  • @sundersart Thanks buddy! :-) You'll be happy to know it's getting it's UK premiere in October at Manchester's Festival of Fantastic films.

  • This looks like its going to be awesome. I'd love to check it out.

  • @MissZena Thank you! It's currently doing the film festival circuit :-) and that's my Mrs as the lead role, though she she says she isn't interested in acting she's such a great actress!

  • @ChanceEncounters That is awesome! She is a great actress from what I see. You both make a great team, I wish you the best of luck & I look forward to seeing more!

  • Oh my that looked pretty scary. Nice one! Glad to see the Nerd Power Couple teaming up for a film, hee hee. Good luck with this too, I'll keep my eyes open. Thanks for posting.

  • @Rbatty2 Thanks mate! Can't wait to get stuck into the PM's you've sent as soon as i can and workload comes down a bit. I don't like to cut corners or to respond in a half baked message. Yes this one's my lil' film :-) 'The Timeslip' is more of a joint effort of the Chance's as usual UK Production - this one's a US Production and is to keep me busy hehe! A Mr and Mrs effort lol! Cam's great in this! Thanks and will let you know latest!

  • @ChanceEncounters Oh no problem, I didn't send a reply to yours for months so I'd say you can take your time, hee hee. Yeah neat, you've made a "foreign" film now, far out. Can't wait, I'm sure Carmie is great in it. Boy I'm getting nervous, she looks like she's in real trouble, aieeee! Hee hee. Take care. :)

  • OMG! It's real! It's happening!

This should show at the Melbourne film festival - biggest in the southern hemisphere I hasten to add! You would have to submit it to them for screening. Then they should do a film Q & A, where they fly you out (at their expense) and put you up in a central hotel. And because you're in Melbourne, me and my friends would simply HAVE to take you to the coolest bars in town!

  • Holy crap, you're aussome.

Yeah, did this as a favor to my hubby; I think he put something in the coffee that A) makes it taste so bitchin,' and B) made me think I could actually be in a film (btw, this is my first and last - I'm no Daria Nicolodi). I'm super proud of John. He's been working so hard.

I will definitely be adding Melbourne to the list of festivals. We're also submitting to Fantasia and Shriekfest, and we're doing the traditional AOF in Pasadena.

  • @coffycup75 Aussome LOL! Love that! You're fantastic and incredibly modest. And i know being this your only venture, you're really putting your all into it. Totally impressed. Thanks hun. Defo with Melbourne to the list! The others will be good and AOF is our original home and where we 'first' were falling for each other. A magical place.

  • @coffycup75

You would look stunning on the big screen darlin!

The only prob with our film fest is that it's held in the depths of our winter, but it's still a big, worthy event.

Don't worry! I reckon the great meister Argento might soon come-a-knockin!! It would be the best on screen murder ever!

  • @AussieRoadshow Thanks for your comments on on this dude! I am certainly looking for the best suited festivals for this because the fests sure do add up! Melbourne sounds great! Shit, they pay expenses?! I'm there LOL! That sounds like an awesome time! It's been awhile since we've been to some pubs! I'm sure Austrailia's will remind me of UK's ones! Cool! :-D

  • @AussieRoadshow Thanks for the goodies you sent Cam and I had a laugh at the postcards and the horror gem of a DVD you sent! That's sOOO Cool! It looks like one of those films that was just too much horror to be a good porn film and too much porn to be considered a classic horror film..alas poor original films huh? We will certainly watch asap! Cam and I have just had such a busy ass week, esp Cam at work!

  • @ChanceEncounters

Oh yes, no probs with the DVD. Carmie suggested not to send it but I thought you wonderful folks just HAVE to see that dire flick when you get the chance! Gosh D'Amato made some terrible shit among the occasional B-grade gem. It neither works as a horror or as a porno, but would sit in any freakish collection with pride yes!!!

  • @AussieRoadshow HAHAHA! Thank you. It's one of those films you just have to have in your collection for 'pity's' sake..literally LOL! Can't wait :-D Last time that happened i bought 'Graveyard Disturbance' (how could he go so bad after making the so good 'Demons' L. Bava?!) It was so bad... when trying to sell it to friends when i was 14 i could barely give it away...

  • @AussieRoadshow ...then i thought; it's so bad. BUT how often do you watch a film that's so bad it's good (plenty now lol - God bless the internet and 'The Video dead') so i went back to the same VHS secondhand store...i needn't of worried. There was multiple copies people took back that no one wanted. The rental card said; '1' person mistakenly rented it in 88' and now i was buying it as an ex-rental and put it out of it's misery in 97'!.

  • @AussieRoadshow Oh! We checked out the Melbourne Film Festival and guess when the last day for entry was? 2nd of April! Just a day after you said, shame but that one for next year! Thanks anyway! :-) Cam and I saw a lost gem last night 'The house that dwelled evil' from 82' it was dated but good! It ended 'just' the way i thought it would (wondered if it would go there and it did!) - No wonder it was forgotten, too artsy to be a video nastie and too gorey to be a 'Poltergeist' comparison...

  • @ChanceEncounters

Dang with that April 2 cut off! Always next year.

I remember House where Evil Dwells! From memory it had some sort of weird samurai or some other dire bullshit swordsman in it or whatever. Man that was a real shocker! For a horny kid who was looking for hardcore horror, that was one coitus interruptus!! But to be fair it was ahead of its time to an extent. I think it was a Warner home video release too.

Ah Susan George. She's liked a Z-grade Mary Woronov lol :)

  • @AussieRoadshow Yes i think so too. I was like 'definitely' too artsy to be a proper video nastie back before 99' UK would of cut the hell out of it and made none of the film worth watching. The moment the guy (who agreed with Mary Whitehouse on banning/cutting horror films in UK) who owned BBFC died it was a field day of all the classic horror films to watch that had been held back; Exorcist, Clockwork Orange, Straw dogs,Last house etc etc...it was like yes we can all watch what we want to now!

  • ...Premise was a Japanese haunted house scenario ahead of it's game we thought! Susan George played 'yet again' another untrustworthy Wife! Shudders over 'Strawdogs' in the corner...i guess 'Sorcerers' was the only thing she was kind of innocent in.

  • @AussieRoadshow LOL! I'll leave you alone in a minute haha! 'The house where evil dwell's' excuse earlier title it's a new one to me!

  • Cool! So can you tell me what this is about? Very cryptic. Will make this my feature vid!! Go team.

  • @BringBackTheEighties Ahh yes! Synopsis, info is going to follow soon. Just keeping it edgy at the moment! Glad you liked! Sweet! Thanks mate!

  • Great stuff guys....well done! : )

Ps. Cool title....kind of like (REC.)

looking forward to another trailer john.

  • Hey buddy!! Thanks for supporting my hubby. Ah, the things we do for love, LOL!

I'm so super proud of John, he's gearing up for the festivals this summer and has been working so hard to make his films really great.

  • it could be true love...it could depend on how long your in the film for LOL Do you get bumped off early?...usually the hot chicks in horror films buy it in the first scene! Just dont go skinny dipping in the lake on your own...and you might make it out alive! haha

  • HAHAHAHAHA!!

So far the only difficult thing was standing in the shower sopping wet in my b-day suit for ages while John got his shot. But when I see the way he puts the scenes together, I totally get it.

  • At the time it's like what is he doing? Why etc? Wen you are directing and editing the film together in your head you see how things gel together and what to shoot as back up etc in case something doesn't work. Thanks for *Always* being such a good sport! I feel this taste in a trailer really gave you an idea of what we're doing now :-D

  • HAHAHAHA! We can't let off too much information, over the months leading up you'll find out more. Cam is good in it though :-D

  • Thank *You* my love! Couldn't do any of this without your support and great acting babe! ;-)

  • @ChanceEncounters

All for a good cause, Jonabon. Horror geeks forever!

  • @coffycup75 Oh Yes! What's this? I have been away for like half an hour and youtube has changed again!

  • @coffycup75 Oh Yes! ;-) What's this? I have been away for like half an hour and youtube has changed again!

  • Thank you Danny! Thank you we thought it goes well with the mystery :-)

  • lol, I DEMAND it at I, SCREAM 2010 ;)

  • Thanks Pixel buddy! I've set myself up to make two films and re-cut The Veil feature in time by the summer! And the race is on! LOL! All goes to plan you'll get atleast one! :-) Cheers
