In real life Belgium and the Netherlands have great relations, and neither of them really cares about Spain one way or the other, except as a holiday destination. In Hetalia, Spain and Belgium probably like eachother and Netherlands and Belgium also like eachother, while Spain and the Netherlands do not like eachother.

BTW, Belgium has three official languages: Dutch, French and German (but the German speaking community is rather small)

Actually, language and history are taken is hostages by a few politicians in Belgium. I don't have problems speaking the two languages. And I feel at home as much in the North as in the south.

For Hetalia: I wish they talk a little more about Belgium... Since my country is actually the center of Europe, i think they shouldn't have too much problems. She should organise parties where all her lovers would fight each other.
