I heard this back in 1982/83 on a bootleg tape i bought from Portobello market.

The concert in question is from the Teletour Manchester Apollo

He dosn't cut the end short, Numan just forgets to sing the first verse.......the actual music is exactly the same length as it should be.

If you listen Numan should have started singing at 1:32 but instead starts singing at 2:36.
