made some irish moss just like this. took some and my blood pressure changed so dramatically i almost passed out. I'm not sure how safe this stuff is. This could be a very dangerous food for certain people.
@KRock2000 There is much to be said about trying new things. I would caution anyone to connect with a medical professional before making changes to their diet regimen. Thank you for sharing.
@313HealthyMe Thanks for replying. I'm not against this product or saying anything is wrong i would just warn folks to just be careful and use good ole common sense instead of taking any product for face value. i'll try it topically because it feels good on the skin and i got two ponds of on this stuff and i'm not going to throw it away.
@krysdots I don't buy it regularly, This batch I ordered from someone online and didn't keep the website so I wasn't able to pass the information along. Sorry :(
@royalnaz1 Thanks! I was fortunate enough to have some you tubers who listen to my constant wishes for a vitamix and an Excalibur. One day a you tuber told me she was selling hers and gave me a very sweet deal on both units so I can say my "Prayers" were answered...hahaha. I gotta go to her page and tell her how much I have done with the two units since I bought them from her.
Hey AngieB. That's some very good looking Irish Moss. I posted on your other video stating that I always cooked mines after sooking it. I like your method here because once again cooking is not really acceptable on a raw food diet. I never new it would cream-up like that with cooking it. Thanks for the demonstration :-)
@traveln3 thanks for the input. I have only been using it (so far) in my morning smoothies and in some of my raw sandwich spreads and nut milks. I am gonna try more recipes with it soon. Please come back as often as you would like to see what else I do with the Moss.
@313HealthyMe well you have given me some ideas on how i could include Irish Moss into my diet. what I was saying earlier was that I didn't know that sea moss would get creamy like that without cooking it first...thanks again, Raychel.
I love your channel. I learn something new all the time. Can not wait to see what you create with your with the Irish Moss. Peace and blessings. Take care.
@KRock2000 sorry i got two pounds of this stuff and i don't want to throw it away. And after all we're subject to mass marketing propaganda.
